Food: Tasty. I've dined here 3 times so far. Assorted Tofu stew ( seafood and meat), Galbi, fried chicken, kimchi fried rice, japchae are my favorite and can't wait to try other dishes in the future. Their banchan is good too. Great customer service. Restaurant is clean and their decor reminds me of some of the restaurants I've seen on TV. ;)

Went there for lunch and patiently waited to be seated. There were at least 3 tables with patrons. Finally got seated. We sat and waited for 20 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. Wasn't served water or the condiments. Waitress made several eye contact but continued to ignore us. Instead of coming to take our order, she decided to clean another table. So, we got up and walked out. I've been here before and really like the food. In fact, I'm still craving the tofu soup. I guess lunch time is not the best time to go there.

Came here for lunch after flying back home from a trip. Ordered the lunch combo bibimbap with bulgogi and assorted tofu soup and a side of seafood panjun. Out of those three things I would say I enjoyed the soup the most. It had a nice umami flavor and overall really tasty with lots of ingredients, but the stone pot it came in wasn't hot so it seemed like the soup was just placed in and brought out. The bibimbap was also good with the right flavors, but I was a little disappointed that the stone pot it came in again wasn't hot as it's usually supposed to be from all my other experiences. It just seemed like the ingredients were placed in the stone pot and it was brought out, evidence being when I touched the stone pot it wasn't hot, so I didn't get any crispy rice at the bottom when I was eating the bibimbap. The seafood panjun was my least favorite. I did like that it was so crispy, but flavor wise it was just okay and it was pretty doughy and not much veggies or seafood. Now for the service I went around 1:30pm and when I first arrived there was another table seated and when I was leaving there was about 4 other tables filled. There were two ladies serving and I saw they were helping other tables so I understand if it gets busy. When I was ordering I was told by the waitress the seafood punjun would take about 15min longer to come out then the other foods and I was totally fine with that and appreciated her telling me that in advance. However, when trying to pay it took a while for the waitress to get back to me, and I saw she was standing at the counter with her phone so I decided to just walk up and pay at the counter. Overall the food was pretty okay and service wasn't bad so I would go again if I'm ever having a craving as it is close in the neighborhood!

We placed an order through doordash, but I have had this placed booked marked for sometime now. This was our first time trying Korean ramen and it did not disappoint. We ordered the dumpling ramen and added corn. It took 15-20 for us to get our food delivered to us. This tasted amazingly and like nothing we have ever tried before. This portion was enough for us to share. I cannot wait to dine in and try this ramen as it comes out. I opted for mild spicy but will definitely try a spicier next time. This has become my new favorite.

I've been going to this place so many time because the food is amazing. They serve you a a lot of different kind of side dish as soon as they sit you. A lot of dish to choose from and I'll say they are all delicious. Most of the foods are served on a hot plate. I will give the food a 5 stars. The only thing that holds me back is most of the time the service is slow as they only have a few staff. The place is on an average rate as it is located on a plaza but plenty of parking. Will I comeback? Yes, Do I recommend this place ? Yes

Came by here after grocery shopping at Ranch 99. Yes we are that couple that shop for food only to dine out for the day. Not ashamed to say that out loud because we are always too tired & lazy to cook after we get home LOL! This was our first time here. It's pretty quiet, quaint, dim hole in a wall spot. There were two waitresses and one bus boy who killed it! Amazing customer service. Filled our cups and banchan without us even asking. Love the pickled radish/carrots, cucumber and cabbage kimchi. Also love the fish cakes. For our entrees, we ordered fried tofu and Kimchi Pajun. Both served with soy sauce vinaigrette. For my main entree, I had Galbi Bento Box. It came with 3 Chicken & Veggie Dumplings, Japchae, white rice, orange slices and side salad. Tim had Pork Belly Kimchi Jjim. We enjoyed our lunch with Strawberry Good Day Soju.

Ordered from uber eats the jab Chae. I paid extra to get the jab chae with 4oz of bulgogi meat, I received almost no meat Id say less than than 1 oz and the flavor was barely there if at all just bland flavorless noodles. The dish cost around 18-19 bucks so I expected much better quality, it is a disappointing meal. Do not order from this restaurant online, they skimp on their meat to a shameless degree. Their saving grace is their bulgogi ramen, very delicious broth highly recommend.

Very bad service, placed an order only to find out that 45 minutes later they never placed the order in the kitchen, so they made me wait then when they said it would be ready it's still wasn't ready. Didn't even try to make it right, they had a a too bad so sad attitude ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ , did not take ownership of the problem, blamed "the system". I would not recommend giving any business to this restaurant.

Solid Korean food spot with large menu. I came with my parents here for lunch. We got bibimbap, tofu soup and another rice dish. All were hearty and with generous portions. I felt like the flavors could have been more pronounced but the food tasted fresh. Parking lot is kind of a nightmare so be prepared to circle the block for street parking if it's on the weekend.

I dislike writing negative reviews but this one got to me. I used to come here often years ago when I worked in the area and have stopped in a few times since then when I'm in Chula Vista. I was pretty excited that I was in the area at lunchtime. On the phone I ordered "three beef bibimbaps" and apparently I was asked if I wanted meat, and I answered no. This is my bad but truly it was a language miscommunication. As my teenage son asked, who orders bibimbap without meat? Regardless, this is what they told me when I contacted them to complain that there was no meat. The woman was nice enough and I suppose not much she could do at that point. My real complaint is the food. I love bibimbap and order it from many different places. In the past, this place did me right. Today, the food lacked any flavor. Even the kimchee was bland. Just a few types of steamed veggies and egg on top of rice and tasteless sides. My frugal Japanese mother who never wastes any food had no problem throwing hers into the trash after attempting a few bites. For $48 plus tip, I'm terribly disappointed.
