It’s my Birthday today so I decided to come to redeem the free 3 donuts with a purchase of a drink. I waited in line like everyone else. Noeone really greeted me nor even tried to help me but instead this lady assumed I cut in line..She was rude about it and I think in costumer service it’s wrong to assume and ask me that. I was already annoyed already cause why are you announcing it in the app to get free stuff and assumed I cut in line cause I didn’t get any dozen donuts like everyone else? Literally brought a drink just to redeem it. Bad costumer service. Do better Krispy Kreme!!!!! im giving you $$ for your company !

This Krispy Kreme was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to help.

They offer a decent selection of donuts and beverages, with plenty of classic favorites and a few fun seasonal options. Everything we tried tasted fresh, and the quality was consistent with what I expect from Krispy Kreme.

While the variety isn’t the largest compared to some boutique shops, it’s still more than enough to satisfy a sweet tooth craving. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a sweet treat and reliable service.

I bought the Halloween dozen, and they were running a promotion where you could get an Original Glazed dozen for just around $3 more. I don’t remember the exact price, but I paid about $28 for two dozens at the time of my visit. The donuts were fresh and super cute for the season!

The only place/store in South San Diego area. Store is easy access, but the crew is quite taking time when preparing ur order. But all is good

The store itself was very clean and organized, and the donuts were delicious and neatly decorated! Got just what I was hoping for. But most importantly, I really feel the lady who helped me deserves recognition, I think her name was Karina. She was incredibly personable, patient, and sweet. Made my transaction a very pleasant experience! 💝

I rate this location 2 stars for my coffee experience. Unfortunately, the donuts I tried were not fresh, leading me to believe they may have been made earlier in the day, as I visited around 5:00 PM. As a former employee, In my days, the donuts I received were considered set aside for donation, which isn't ideal for customers. I believe this location could enhance the overall experience by ensuring that their pastries are fresh and appealing.

Great service and great quality of donuts. So fresh and good. The coffee taste amazing. The service is 10/10 so nice, kind and helpful.
