It’s my Birthday today so I decided to come to redeem the free 3 donuts with a purchase of a drink. I waited in line like everyone else. Noeone really greeted me nor even tried to help me but instead this lady assumed I cut in line..She was rude about it and I think in costumer service it’s wrong to assume and ask me that. I was already annoyed already cause why are you announcing it in the app to get free stuff and assumed I cut in line cause I didn’t get any dozen donuts...
This Krispy Kreme was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to help.
They offer a decent selection of donuts and beverages, with plenty of classic favorites and a few fun seasonal options. Everything we tried tasted fresh, and the quality was consistent with what I expect from Krispy Kreme.

I bought the Halloween dozen, and they were running a promotion where you could get an Original Glazed dozen for just around $3 more. I don’t remember the exact price, but I paid about $28 for two dozens at the time of my visit. The donuts were fresh and super cute for the season!
