FINALLY!!!! A pizza place like home....when you walk in it's like walking into a Chicago pizzeria! We loved it..the pizza was made just like a pizza is supposed to be ...sauce, toppings and then the cheese...perfect...the only thing we forgot to do was ask for a thinner crust and for that I was sad. But the pizza was deliciously made. Hot enough to burn your face off. Sauce was perfect blend of tangy and sweet and the cheese was stringy without being rubbery..loved loved loved this place...we will be back...this is a gold mine....

I used to.love coming here with my family to eat in the evenings, But this time I no longer trust going to.La Bella's. I got food poisoning after I have made a complaint about how my Guido burger only had a sprinkle.of the pastrami. I said, I don't remember my burger looking this plain to the server which told me the cook was new and all, so I got a replacement with more of the pastrami. I looked at it, but in a way I was kind of weary but finished it. So the rest of the night I started to have an upset stach like sharp pinched feelings in my upper stomach . I had a very bad feeling that I shouldn't have complained. See this is what happens when you do so, it angers the food handlers,, they can do something like spit in your food or add kitchen cleaners to your meal. If you observe carefully, watch how your food is presented after you have made simple complaint. It took me a while to recover from this food poisoning naturally without any medication from a doctor. And that was close to a month ago. Those cooks need to have their hands broken for federal food tampering! I know I've gotten food poisening eating at la a Bella's just look at the sketchy cooks!

I ordered a pizza online. The website states the delivery will arrive approximately 45 minutes to an hour. One hour and 45 minutes later and my order still hadn't arrived. For clarity, I ordered one large pizza and a small salad. When I asked to cancel my order and to receive a refund they seemed hesitant but seeing as they couldn't tell me the exact location of the driver and they were closing in 30 minutes they went ahead and cancelled the order. I'm still checking to see if they have properly refunded me my money. In addition to all that, after cancelling my order and waiting in line at a fast food drive thru the driver for the restaurant had called to tell me they had arrived. 2 hours later! They never even communicated with the driver to tell them the order was cancelled. Absolutely horrible. If you eat here dine in or take out. Don't do delivery.

Lots of dining seating, multiple pool tables, and a small arcade located at the entrance. Food was decent, establishment is a little outdated, and the arcade game selection is fairly limited. Not bad for a quick family outing, though.

Service was attentive, but this place is overrated and the food was ... meh. I wanted to order lasagne, but read the entree description and noticed that they put a hard boiled egg amongst the noodles, cheese, and gravy. Yuck! Hard boiled eggs are thoroughly disgusting to me and I couldn't do it. I ordered rigatoni instead, but was disappointed that the ricotta wasn't dispersed across the entire dish but was instead in blobs on top making the dish dry and noodles crunchy. Garlic bread was also missing the garlic flavor. Salad was stuffed into too small a dish so the blob of dressing couldn't be spread around without it getting on the table. Overall, disappointment for the price.

We were only here for a monthly meeting with some friends of a group we belong to, We weren't sure where in the building it would be. The staff at the front reception area were all very helpful. When we got to the room where the meeting was held there was pizza available for the guests, I am sure it was made to be ready at the beginning of the meeting so it had been sitting out a while, It was still great. If this had been delivered to our table had we been dining there I would have been happy with it. The layout of the restaurant was very appealing, several small dining areas throughout the establishment. We plan on going back for a nice sit down dinner in the future. We did not have a lot of interaction with the wait staff other than the very helpful hostesses at the front desk. I did see a few of the employee's come into the room and pick up dirty dishes and replenish the tea and soft drinks. In and out quickly and quietly while the meeting continued. Overall a very good rating and highly recommended and we plan on returning!

Pizza is delicious and they don't steer away from that. It's been that way for years. They tend to get busy during dinner time (especially during the weekend), but they have multiple cashiers who keep the line moving.

Not only was it the worst Italian food I've ever had, it was one of the worst restaurants I've had in general. My family and I are Italian, so I have a well understanding of how authentic Italian food should taste. We were taking out my Mom for her birthday, and she was so excited. She said in the past it was delicious, so we had high hopes. It all started with the service. The waitress asked for how many people were in our party, we told her that there were 7, she then didn't even count how many menus she grabbed and needed up being 1 short. Then took us to our table and slammed the menus on the table. She left and we had a new waitress, she didn't say anything, but "Are you guys ready to order," when we were seated less than a minute ago. We got our drinks and she didn't write anything down. We got 2 appetizers, one of which wasn't even advertised, but when asked she brought. We got the fried green beans, zucchini, and jalapeño along with the onion rings. It was brought out really fast, yet was slightly cold. The onion rings has no onions. The green beans were chewy while the zucchini was soggy. The jalapeños with cheese tasted as if it was bagged and put in the microwave. The whole appetizer portion tasted prepackaged and cooked in the microwave and then sat out overnight. Our waitress then came back to get our entrees. One of the people in my party asked, "For the ravioli, what type of meat is used for the filling?" Our waitress said, "I don't know. I'd have to go and ask the cooks. (Very annoyed) It comes in a box, so I'd have to ask or check the ingredients." After hearing that the orders changed. I myself asked for the Italian Sausage Sub. The waitress asked if I wanted fries, and I said yes. Another member of my party ordered Chicken Parmesan. Our orders came out and we were disgusted. The chicken in the Chicken Parmesan looked less appetizing than Dino Nuggets. The whole chicken portion (which was ordered on the adult menu) was roughly 2 Dino nuggets. Aside from that, I bit into my sub.... I mean tried to. The sausage was so tough, burnt, and rubbery it was like eating a tire, except I'd rather eat a tire. And the sauce for every dish was the same, and Chef Boyardee is better. My family's Italian hearts were crushed. On top of that, our waitress came out and said, "You done? Do you want boxes?" And it was only 7 minutes after the food had arrived. We politely said no and she finally came back with our refills. (Which I forgot to say we're ordered over 20 minutes ago. She forgot which one was a Dr. Pepper, so she put the drink to her lips and nose and smelled it. And then put it down to my family member. When we then asked for the bill she said, "Oh, okay. No boxes, I see." (Bothered by us) And altogether for that horrible meal it was $208. And, she charged us $1 for the melted cheese on top of the subs, and $4dollars for each fries order. Even though she made it seem as if this was all included. And if I were to have known that, I wouldn't have gotten fries, nor the cheese which was saltier than ocean and real as Kraft Mac and Cheese. When we left no one even said have a nice day or anything. This places NEEDS to be on Hell's Kitchen. Unless your taste buds are numb or your drunk and want pizza, I strongly don't recommend.

We just ordered a margarita pizza. It was close to closing when we ordered it. When we got it home the crust was so hard. We couldn't even eat it. It seems like the pizza wasn't made fresh. So disappointed. I didn't even want pizza tonight. My wife wanted it. Ugh! Frustrating!

I'm 62! I've been going to La Bella's Pizza for 45 years. It's always the best. The Day before Father's Day on the 18th. I don't know what's going on but the Minestrone soup was not the Normal recipe. It was something else. My Lasagna was lacking the tons of cheese on top! I would really like to know if this is the new Norm?? Please respond. I change the review if you have a valid reason.

I absolutely love la Bella's, the customer service is always really great, the food is awesome and I love the atmosphere. From the old timey store front, to their classic dinning areas which have now been accompanied by a fun and awesome "game room". This place is perfect for family events or a beer for the big game. One complaint I will mention I ordered pastrami hash to go (which I've ordered for dine in several times before and it's usually a mountain of food) and noticed it was a little light on the portion, maybe next time you decide to order to go double check the portions to assure you're not feeling like you're missing out! All in all a great spot.
