I came today wanted to buy some ice cream it says it Opens at 10 am it’s 10:30 and it is closed tried calling but didn’t get any answers either

Today was my second time stopping by and honestly there customer service is not good at all. Not only that their over priced and we order hot cheeses with cheeses and there cheese looked days old. WILL NOT COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!

Terrible experience! Got a fresas con crema, and it was bad. Strawberries were old and mushy. It was super expensive for a small cup. Also, I asked to buy some plain whole milk for my toddler, and they said no and left to the back room. The place smelled like it was clean, but the floor was sticky every time you stepped on it, and there was dog shit near the main door. Honestly, it was a waste of time, never coming back.

I want to buy by litters ice cream and the girl Laide or something like that her name told me she can sell by liter any of the flavors that I want, by the way if they have like 12 flavors is to much … they don’t have as many Selection-as they usually had. Anyways very disappointed. And inside very warm to be a ice cream store not air

I went tonight & asked for a esquite w hot cheetos & the girl told us they were all out , that they only had on the cob w hot cheetos. So I said ok, and got the corn on cob, a person two seconds after me who was helped by a different girl , took TWO esquites one with & one without hot cheetos , the person after him also got an esquite , i was so annoyed, plus she had a horrible attitude , when we received the corn on a cob , she didnt add the hot cheetos & got mad when i told her it was missing, said she didnt charge me for it , finally she made the order right , but she threw the box where she put my corn , so dam rude ! I saw her helping another customer and rolling her eyes as they asked for something on the order , so sad to have people like this working , specially when all you want is to stop for a trear after a long day, if i see her working , will not buy from her !

Worst customer services. If you're not happy with your job find another. Was hoping to find a new treat spot and nope won't be driving back or recommending this spot. 3 out of 5 items were wrong and she didn't even bother to correct or try to accommodate.
