Ordered off DoorDash 2 elote and strawberry crème drink and only the drink came. I called the store the women began to speak and English but when I proceeded to tell her that I didn’t get my 2 elote she started speaking Spanish and hung up on me.

Costumer service is okay, they don’t seem to care while working. I ordered an esquite which I do appreciate that they layer the mayo and corn but man everything isn’t fresh. Corn seems like it’s been left in the water for the past 3 days & the hot Cheetos stale

This place is perfect when you want a great Mexican Paleta! Highly recommend they have all kinds of flavors. Will come in for noodles and all kinds of other foods.But I love the ice cream.

Came in today to treat my son to ice cream. Waited in line patiently meanwhile they ignored us and hoped that we would just leave. Mind you we were the only black patrons in there. My son was in tears and as a mom this hurts me to know what’s happening because he is too young to understand.

Came by today and waited until 11:13 for them to open. I am now sitting in my car contemplating whether to get off or not, since I always receive horrible customer service by the employees there. I am already bothered for having to wait an hour for them to open, and just to get treated bad, think the best thing to do is probably just go home.

Today was my second time stopping by and honestly there customer service is not good at all. Not only that their over priced and we order hot cheeses with cheeses and there cheese looked days old. WILL NOT COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!

Terrible experience! Got a fresas con crema, and it was bad. Strawberries were old and mushy. It was super expensive for a small cup. Also, I asked to buy some plain whole milk for my toddler, and they said no and left to the back room. The place smelled like it was clean, but the floor was sticky every time you stepped on it, and there was dog shit near the main door. Honestly, it was a waste of time, never coming back.

I want to buy by litters ice cream and the girl Laide or something like that her name told me she can sell by liter any of the flavors that I want, by the way if they have like 12 flavors is to much … they don’t have as many Selection-as they usually had. Anyways very disappointed. And inside very warm to be a ice cream store not air
