Wait time is normally 10 minutes for large orders. I normally buy two pepperoni, one cheese and a 2 L. soda for $25ish. The staff is friendly and very prompt to orders. It gets busy around 5ish PM. The store does look a bit on the dirty side but the food comes out great. I don't recommend the wings. They're small and not tasty. No bills over $20 accepted.

I Came Here Because I Was Starving And Needed To Eat. Yeah Big Mistake Pizza Tasted Like Sauce With Cheese And Pepperoni On A Cardboard Box. I Wasn't Happy About Their Service Either. Yup Definitely Why I Don't Come Here. Oh Yeah They Went From $5 To Almost $10 & Definitely Not Worth It.

My pizza was really good. Only issue I came upon was the service. I don't expect to be greeted since most of these employees always seem busy. But it needs to be addressed that someone at least has to have one person acknowledge the customers coming in. I walked in and I wasn't acknowledged at all, note it was just me at the moment. In the span of 5-7 minutes I waited, 6 other people walked in and no one said they'd be with us in a minute. This location is always understaffed & needs at least 5 people. I feel bad for the employees working there, as some customers do walk in here with upset looks. Need more staff & attentiveness.

Ordered and PAID through the app! Came to the store at 11:30 AM and there are zero employees there and the sign still says closed. The store hours state they open at 9:30 AM. I call the service line and they tell me they’re going to transfer me to a manger. I then sit on hold over 30 mins and zero help. So now I can’t get the pizza I paid for and I can’t get someone to give me a refund either??

The best pizza too soft you can't even pick it up with one one hand not crispy enough. It tasted to much like tomate sauce crazy bread not good neither at all

When I call little Caesars to place my order I asked him if they can deliver. They said yes I said OK cool the problem was they did not put the right address so I called them. They told me I gave the wrong address. It’s my fault but I know for a fact I gave the right address I asked for a refund they said no I said OK u lost a customer and I called little Cesar corporate office to talk to somebody. They told me it’s my fault. I didn’t put the address and you could not get a refund. Please people do not go there and waste your time cause I don’t care about you.

I tracked my order online and the screen got stuck on packing it up for at least 15 minutes and they never called my name and then when I asked the counter girl she pulled it out of the glass warmer in a box. It had already been in there for a long time and she never told me.

I'm not one to complain, placed my Mobile order, waited 45 minutes before picking up my food. Got there, they told me it was going to be another 20 minutes because my food was not ready. Waited for my food, finally received it, everything was super cold, from pizza, to wings and bread sticks. Everything was super cold. Super ridiculous.

Look, you can either have expensive pizza or you can have cheap pizza. That's the way it works. Is it fair to compare this place to round table? F--k no. Round table is $60 for a banger of a pizza. Can I spend $10 at round table and get fed? F--k no. Little Ceasars is good. And it's cheap. This place is good cheap pizza. I like it better than domino's, and it's cheaper than theirs as well. Am I gonna eat inside the store? No, there's no seating. Who the f--k wants to eat inside the store anyway? No, lil Ceasars is there for when you're hungover, poor, tired, stressed, and all of the above. I haven't seen any bugs there, and so far no one's threatened to stab me in the parking lot (looking at you, mountain mikes).

23 Naples St, Chula Vista, CA 9191103/31/23 Super Rude Chubby Girl In A Pony Tail, I pick up my pizza order and forgot my chicken wings, had to come back and ask for them she didnt greet me when I came in not even said anyyhing when she gave me my chicken wings, she just throw them in the counter.
