If no stars was an option, that’s what I’d pick. I’ve given this store many chances to show good customer service and nothing but non-friendly, unprofessional staff here. The last straw was when I called and asked if they offered the mix and match promo in store, and if not so I can order on the app. The guy on the phone said yeah (vague answer). I told him cool because my significant other will be showing up soon to order a couple of pizzas. He shows up, turns out the offer ended last week and is only online now. What is that? Horrible service. I rather travel farther than deal with them again.

Always check your order before you leave the restaurant. 2 different occasions they got all of my 4 pizzas wrong. I ordered pretzel crust and didn’t get it. Didn’t get my sauce for both of my crazy breads. I’m wondering if they see a way different receipt than the customers?

Normally don’t write reviews, but it was just the way the manager handled it. I asked him for his recommendation for which pizza to get and he said the bacon and I said OK let’s do it then he gave me the pepperoni, which is not a big deal bite and didn’t like it as much so I went back. The only reason I’m upset is because he lied to my face and made me try to feel stupid. Just own up to it then I asked for his market leader’s email address said he couldn’t give it to me because it’s personal information a company email. I understand if you make mistakes but just don’t be rude

How sad that a store will advertise their hours one way, and employees inside will let you in but tell you they’re closed. I wish then the hours posted would change. Thank you.

I asked for a lunch combo baked extra well done, was willing to wait for it, and the pizza came out as soft and blonde as I've ever gotten it. If you can't make it well done then say so, and if you can then do so.

Best Little Ceasar’s Ive had in a long time. Cashiers was amazing, she was patient and very caring. We got the Rams promo and she hook us up with an extra cup. Pizza was oozing with cheese and was freshly made. She gave us a bag with our breadsticks and sauce, pepper and cheese and lots of napkins. I have never experienced any service like this at a Little Ceasar’s. Thank you for making my boys experience exceptional and I 100% recommend this place.
