I was very disappointed at the experience while ordering at THIS Lolita's. There are many other Lolita's who are prideful in customer service in San Diego. If you enjoy sarcasm/attitude while ordering, that is what you'll get at this location.

I grew up in Chula Vista but I live in Colorado now. On my recent visit to Cali I brought my husband to try Lolita's and it was delicious. The prices are great too. He loved the pollo asada burrito ?. Can't wait to get it again next time.

It's been awhile since I been to Lolita's. I had stop frequenting it so often cos I felt like they were being shady with the portions but today the portions seemed more appropriate now. I got full order carne asada fries or you can do a half size. My daughter got a California burrito which is carne asada fries wrapped in tortilla. Got my son the cheese quesadilla not the kids size cos the kids size costs more since it comes with a side and a small drink. Lolita's is my all time favorite hot sauce. I appreciate that they have the sauce bar, where you can get as much as you want. I'm a sauce girly and always get bothered when people try to limit me on sauces. There's son seating inside and an outdoor shared dining area for the other restaurants. There's a private parking lot. Single bathroom inside, need a code to use. If you're saucy person and like your crema and guac- always clarify that it comes with your order- it costs extra. Will be coming back now that the portions are better.

Don't order via their website. Ordered at 5:55pm, promise time for pickup of 6:20pm. 6:51pm and I'm still standing here and haven't gotten my food. One of my daughters is fast asleep on their table and the ice has melted in my drink. Apparently the person in charge of hanging the receipts to prepare the order never did it. Absolutely trash service. If you decide to come here, order on the phone or in person.

I always want to give good reviews but sometimes we can't. I am not of fan of Lolita's but my kids like it there and I still don't like it. I ordered two burritos-mine was x small, cold and chewy. The meat was so chewy I had to spit it out :( it's a hit or miss for me...mostly miss!

Super disappointed in the food and customer service this morning. I used to go here all the time growing up. Hadn't been here in years. my my how ther place has really went downhill. me and my son walked in this morning. I guess we were early. we were told they weren't serving for another 3 minutes until they opened. So we asked if we sit down and wait for them to open the gal at the front counter. Told me to ask her boss, her boss said no worries. Then someone walked in not 15 seconds after we sat down and then began to take her order. we got steak and egg breakfast burritos. They were so bland, not a pinch of salt or pepper on the meat or eggs.definitely wouldn't eat here again.

Ummm where's my toppings! 2 sad small orders of carne asada. Talk about disappointing...and for almost $25 bucks. Do better Lolita's!
