This Place is found in the food court of Otay Ranch Mall. The only indoor seating Is a diner counter. You can sit in the food court on the tables in front of the them and they have a server come to your table. Our server was attentive and very friendly. We ordered the mole chilaquiles and healthy omelette which came with half an avocado on It! Tried the cafè de la Hoya it was decent. The problem with sitting in the food court Is on cold windy mornings the food gets cold fast. The prices are pretty good compared to other places and the food was ok. The portions were decent too. Overall a good experience.

Went there today, we ordered our chilaquiles: 1 red and 1 green... simply delicious, but I have to admit that the chipotle chilaquiles are my favorites! The service was quick, great and the conversation with our server was very pleasant. Before leaving, we also tried their flan, which was made to perfection, that we almost licked the plate!! Love that they keep the tables clean, even when these are outside in the common area. Yes, we will go back!

The burritos were good especially the $6 special a coffee and a breakfast burrito but the chilaquiles were mid I do not recommend those chilaquiles the waitress was okay overall I would like to try other plates I have a feeling their very good the atmosphere was excellent!

We love it here. Yummy food and probably the best breakfast in Otay Ranch. Located in the food court at the Otay Ranch mall, so outdoor seating. Also their hours of operation aren't your standard restaurant hours. They are closed Friday evenings. Brunch is the best here honestly. Kids love the pancakes breakfast. Can also order waffles or French toast. $9.99, make it a slam with eggs and bacon for $3.99 more Chilaquiles breakfast is yummy too! The only knock is that sometimes the food doesn't seem to come out hot. Most restaurants have the hot lamp, and I don't think they do. I'd rather they bring the food out as it's ready than wait for all the food to come out at the same time. Mona is a great server and very attentive!

This place is amazing when it comes to chilaquiles. I love the fact that they have a sauce of everyone's taste buds. I like mine spicy spicy and they have just the sauce for it. My wife is more on the mild side and my 2-year-old gets the non-heat. the flavor is great and the texture. The other plus is the service and price.Kid-friendliness: This location is next to a splash pad and a small turf area. this is great for kids to run and play while parents eat.

I come here with the wife every so often for brunch, service has always been friendly and the food good. We usually get different kinds of chilaquiles like the mole, green or red and they are tasty. Portions and prices are good and fair. The fresh OJ is a plus!

I decided to come here to study a little before my yoga. The server was amazing by recommending breakfast plate to me and explaining everything that’s in a plate. She brought me two different hot sauce and even checked to make sure I enjoyed my meal. The Chilaquilles Burrito is bomb!! The Service is great! They are very friendly and definitely have attention to detail. The ambiance is fun and chill.
