Pancho Burrito with carne asada is pretty much the best burrito I’ve ever had!

If you plan on ordering carne asada fries stay away from this place. This is by far the worst carne asada fries I’ve tried. Only went here because it was close by. Fries are soggy, meat is not even seasoned. No taste.

Honestly it has been a while we hadn't gone to los panchos, but the food was perfect we ordered the Bitchin Cali Burrito and rolled tacos, Luis & Jorge definitely had good customer service. Definitely will go for Lunch again.

Try the fish rolled tacos 10/10
We have been here many times. Great place for Mexican food. Consistently tasty and fresh. Today we had the 2 carne asada taco plate, and shrimp Al mojo de ajo (garlic shrimp).

I was really disappointed with how a simple substitution was handled. I asked for a basic bean and rice burrito—still just two items, nothing added. Instead of swapping out cheese for rice, they wanted to upcharge $1.50 per burrito. That’s unreasonable, especially when the ingredients are similar in cost.
This kind of pricing makes it feel like either the staff isn’t properly trained on how to ring in substitutions, or the business is just trying to take advantage of customers who want a basic, meatless option. Either way, it left a bad impression and makes me think twice about coming back.
Hi Vanessa, thank you for taking the time to reach out and address the situation. I really appreciate your quick response and the way you handled things with your team. Mistakes happen, and I respect that you took ownership and made it right. I’ll definitely take you up on the burrito—thank you for that gesture. Looking forward to coming back and having a better experience next time.
Best,
Moses

I love supporting local business, I always like calling ahead to place my order so I can go in and out fast , I called 3 times no response it rang and rang and nothing till the 4th time calling from a different number and when they did pick up finally the one who picked up , her tone was harsh and just straight up rude , any who I ordered my carne asada fries , went to pick up and literally place was empty so I didn't understand the no pick up . I was literally standing there for like 5 min and she still did not acknowledge me , till I spoke up and asked if the phone was working and for my order she just pushed the bag I let it slide because I understand hey it was probably not her best day , still tipped , looked at my receipt and i guess YANELLI is her name but I've went other days and service has been great shout out to Rocio always wearing a smile , will be back just for the fries they are bomb , but honestly service is not getting better , hope they get better trained , just my honest opinion it looks like she doesn't even want to be there in the first place , almost lost my appetite.

A True Gem: Consistent Excellence for Years!
I've been a loyal patron of Los Panchos for years, and it's truly a testament to the dedication of the original owner, George, and his incredible main chef. While faces have changed over time, their unwavering presence has ensured that the food remains consistently, mouthwateringly delicious. This isn't just your average Mexican restaurant; it's a place where the flavors sing, and you can taste the passion in every bite. Yes! Its true I'm addicted to Mexican Food lol.
Let's talk about the food. If you're craving a carne asada burrito, prepare to be transported. The tender, perfectly seasoned carne asada, nestled in a warm tortilla with just the right balance of fresh toppings, is simply perfection. And don't even get me started on the carne asada fries! Crispy, golden fries piled high with that same incredible carne asada, melted cheese, guacamole, and all the fixings – it's a flavor that's impossible to resist.
But the real star of the show, for me, is the breakfast burrito. OMG! It's a masterpiece. Imagine fluffy scrambled eggs, savory chorizo, melted cheese, potatoes, and all the classic breakfast burrito goodness, wrapped up in a warm, comforting hug. It's the perfect way to start any day.
What sets Los Panchos apart is not just the incredible food, but the consistency. Year after year, George and his chef have maintained the same high standards, ensuring that every visit is a delightful experience. It's clear they care deeply about their food and their customers. If you're looking for authentic, delicious Mexican food that will keep you coming back for more, look no further than Los Panchos. You won't be disappointed!

The food here is average at best but the service takes top tier in being the problems this place has to offer. The staff, particularly one lady, always seems upset and has an unpleasant attitude, which makes the experience uncomfortable. While the food itself is decent, the biggest issue is the inconsistency with the Surf and Turf. Every time I order it, I either get very few shrimp (2-3 pieces) or none at all (what’s even more irritating is I’m always tipping heavy every time I go) It’s frustrating and disappointing. Given the poor service and lack of attention to detail, I don't think it's worth returning. I’d recommend checking out Taqueria by El Prieto 2 or La Sabrosita for a better experience. Overall, a 2/10. I won’t be back.
