Honestly it has been a while we hadn't gone to los panchos, but the food was perfect we ordered the Bitchin Cali Burrito and rolled tacos, Luis & Jorge definitely had good customer service. Definitely will go for Lunch again.
I was really disappointed with how a simple substitution was handled. I asked for a basic bean and rice burrito—still just two items, nothing added. Instead of swapping out cheese for rice, they wanted to upcharge $1.50 per burrito. That’s unreasonable, especially when the ingredients are similar in cost.

I love supporting local business, I always like calling ahead to place my order so I can go in and out fast , I called 3 times no response it rang and rang and nothing till the 4th time calling from a different number and when they did pick up finally the one who picked up , her tone was harsh and just straight up rude , any who I ordered my carne asada fries , went to pick up and literally place was empty so I didn't understand the no pick up . I was literally standing...
