Been going here for years. They’re really struggling with bad management and poor service. Today was especially bad. Undercooked food. Soda fountain issues. Poor service and staff that was very dismissive. They also have their hands tied because they can’t make it right without manager approval and apparently they called or texted the manager who didn’t bother to answer their calls or call me back during our in restaurant visit. Oddly enough they’re not allowed to give you the managers name so, I’d know who to ask for if calling later. Sounds like Los Panchos is off our list.

Very good burritos. Not normally a red sauce fan but this place has some of the best that I've ever had.
Parking: Got confused in the parking lot and parked at the Church’s chicken place next door instead.

Somewhat enjoyed my massive burrito and the price was great. I do think that their seasonings overpower their meats and fish; seemed unnecessary and made everything taste the same. This is a no frills Mexican joint that has a lot of the basics. Definitely built for speed and not for comfort. Don’t expect a romantic setting.

The DIRTY floor in this place makes me think, how the cleaning be in the kitchen and other places that the costumers don’t see? I suggest to clean the place regularly and try to show a healthier place for eating.
