I just had the best day, thanks to America. It was my first time at Luna Grill, she was so attentive, she suggested on the menu and was a success!

Good quality and fresh fast food at reasonable prices, we had a great experience at the Otay Ranch branch, our first visit and America was very patient and explained the menu we downloaded the app and got a free kids meal, great location !

The service is outstanding, and the healthy dishes are delicious. The quality of food is comparable to, if not superior to, other high-end restaurants. The establishment maintains a clean and comfortable environment. I would like to extend my gratitude to the service attendant named America for her patience and flexibility in helping me create the perfect dish with the ingredients I prefer. She also introduced me to their app, which allows for easy customization of my orders before arrival. I hope she receives recognition for her loyalty and pride in the company, as I inquired. Thank you.

Food was fresh and cooked well. My chicken was juicy and delicious. I ordered the wrong appetizer but didn’t realize it until receiving my order. The cashier Denise was so kind, she helped fix my mess up. She didn't hesitate to make sure I was satisfied even though I made the mistake myself. Her customer service was 5 stars!

I will forever be a customer because of Denise. Her kindness, professionalism and customer service is top tier. I’ve worked in customer experience for the last decade so I know what I’m talking about. In addition to this, this is the closest Luna Grill to my home and I’m proud to say that I’ve always had a great experience with the staff.

Love this place. I’m here on business for a few weeks and I have eaten here every day during my stay. Ame is extremely friendly . She encouraged me to join the rewards program since she remembered me from previous visits . Thanks Ame!
