Was looking forward to my keto bowl when I found a big long black thick hair in my bowl when I was about 60% done with it. Feel absolutely disgusted. Called to fix the issue was told they are way too busy and they can’t take care of me. They claim somebody will call me back tomorrow

I had an amazing experience at the Luna Grill Eastlake 5 location! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming and attentive, but I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Assistant Manager Gloria. She went above and beyond to help me with my meal prep order, as I was too lazy to meal prep for the week. She told me about there options, making the process smooth, stress-free, and super convenient. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. The restaurant was spotless, the food was fresh and delicious, and Gloria’s customer service made all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back — thank you, Gloria and the Eastlake 5 team, for an exceptional visit!
