Luscious Dumplings

we initially came to this plaza for something quick to eat, we were going to go next door to the taco shop but decided to try something different.

As soon as we walked into the restaurant we were kindly greeted by 2 boys named Gilbert & Jalen!

Food was giving Din Tai Fung without the wait and crowd and the far drive!

Atmosphere: was 5/5 music was playing at just the right noise level and they have great taste !

Over all experience was 5/5 definitely will come again!

There food is absolutely amazing! I had it 3 nights in a row and I am disappointed that I have to go back home and couldnt eat it more!

I can’t say enough good things about this little gem of a dumpling house! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the warmest smiles and attentive service. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome, patiently explaining the menu and offering helpful suggestions without ever being pushy.

Now, let’s talk about the pan-fried chicken dumplings. Absolutely phenomenal! Perfectly crisp on the outside with a golden, crunchy bottom and a soft, tender wrap on top. The filling was juicy, flavorful, and seasoned just right, that made every bite burst with authentic flavor. You can tell these dumplings are made fresh, with care and skill.

We also tried a few other dishes, but honestly, I would come back just for those dumplings alone. The dipping sauce complemented them beautifully, with just the right balance of savory and tangy.

Between the excellent food and the incredibly friendly service, this place is a must-visit for anyone who loves dumplings. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to come back!

Update: I went to Luscious for lunch today and their new server is an absolute gem. Gilbert is so personable, friendly and helpful. He made sure to point out the new items on the menu and checked on us multiple times. Gilbert, keep shining and pursuing your goals!

Freak’n delicious! Sorry no pics because we are everything. The chicken yuzu soup dumplings are great, the broccoli with sesame cream was so good! Scallion pancakes were also delicious, vegan pan fried dumpling were excellent. We got more stuff to share and it was all great.

Really enjoyed this place just went in by myself scanned the QR code ordered and the food came out really quick. The cucumbers and chili wontons were delicious. I really like their jasmine milk tea as well.

I had the beef noodle soup with bokchoy and it was delicious, however I realized that they served this extremely hot soup in a plastic bowl which is supposed to be biodegradable plastic of some sort -after confirming with the manager- but in my opinion still not safe to eat. I think they should switch to porcelain bowls.

The soup dumplings were very fresh and tasty. Wontons made a great starter. A little pricy but worth it given the flavor.

First time customer, only did pickup so I can't in good conscience give a five star review to atmosphere, but it looked nice and cozy and wasn't loud or irritating. But the food was really good (my partner and I had the Chicken Soup Dumplings and the Vegan Dumplings) and the prices were good, and the food was prepared ahead of the pickup time. Would recommend.

We ate at Luscious Dumplings when we visited San Diego and we were impressed with both the food and the service. They even gave our toddler a treat. We appreciate the kind gesture.
