Food was flavorful. staff was nice and attentive. only complaint about food was that some of the chicken options are too thick to cook within a resonable amount of time. The way you order through the tablet is not intuitive at 1st either. Other than that we had a great experience. Do expect to wait, this location always has a wait period of around 30min. would go again.

It feels like home when I get here I am treated with respect and dignity! My food arrives in a timely manner, it's tasty and rich in flavor! Solid choice for soju and even nice sweet treats! Price is dependent on menu chosen and if you want extra drinks or desserts but good portions and options for bigger portions instead of having to order over and over! Love the vibe! Great choice for late night with friends or even a nice date! Sunny is the best always greets us with a smile!

Me and my girlfriend went to grab some dinner and maybe the best service we have had in a while. We waited maybe 5 minutes if that to be seated but the service and friendliness was immaculate.
Ivy, Victor & Patrick: you guys are rockstars! We did leave a tip reflecting that. That team was very friendly, quick and always checking in on us. This definitely was the best part aside from the delicious food and quick service as well.
I really hope they read this, you guys rock. Thanks for making our dinner experience +1000% better. God Bless and again, thank you!

I’ve been going to this Manna for a while and it’s always been great and now with the renovation to the inside it looks better. The food is still great and it’s a very good value for KBBQ. It’s my go to spot when I’m on an empty stomach

I've been to other locations but this was my first time at the Otay location. I met my friend here for lunch and we did the All you can eat A2 menu.

When you walk in, it's decorated beautifully inside with light signs and greenery overhead. The booth we sat at hardly had enough room for our legs under the table but we made it work.

We started with the salad and Bonchon which were all pretty good but the salad i had to mix a little more to get the dressing on all the lettuce. The bonchon was fish cakes, blanched spinach, potato salad, kimchi, pickled onions and beans sprouts. All very great options!

We ordered the pork dumplings, Soon Dubu (tofu stew), Manna Ramen, Ssamjang (fermented soy bean paste), corn cheese, cheese fondue and white rice. The pork dumplings were pretty good, nice and crispy on the outside and well seasoned kn the inside. The Soon Dubu was pretty good but the flavor wasn't the same as the other locations, it had a lot more veggies in it than I've had before also. The Manna Ramen was also pretty good, the noodles were cooked perfectly and I like that they had an option for spicy or mild and corn or no corn. The Ssamjang was really thick so I added water to it to make it more like a sauce than a paste and it was still really good. The corn cheese was good but the edges of it were pretty burnt. The cheese fondue is always a nice treat to have on the gril. And the white rice was cooked perfectly.

For meats we stuck to beef belly, beef brisket and pork belly. The beef belly was cut thin, had a good amount of fat on it and cooked pretty quickly. The beef brisket was cut thicker than I at the other Manna locations which caught me off guard when I took a bite. Still good quality meet. The pork belly we got was significantly smaller than what I have had at other Manna locations so when it cooked it shrank even more and ended up crispy and not really how I would've preferred to have it.. I dipped each meat in the Ssamjang and the side of sesame oil n salt and the cheese fondue and it was all pretty delicious.

The service was very minimal since we used the tablet to place our order. The servers brought the meats out pretty quick but the sides did take a bit of time to see come out.

Overall, a good Korean BBQ spot and definitely worth paying a visit!

My go to KBBQ spot. Best meats, best drinks, I love the tablets on each table to efficiently order what you need. Very nice workers, extremely clean and perfect pricing.

We had such a bad experince with customer service. The manager Sunny wanted to change our table in the middle of us eating and cooking. She touched our personal things and moved our stuff around without asking. She accidently hurt my niece trying to put a border in the middle of our table. She was accidently touching my niece inappropriately while she kept trying to turn the grill on and off. She was very rude and unprofessional and argued with my cousin because she wanted for us to move tables while we were already eating. They also kept getting our orders wrong. I really hope they work on their customer service.

It was my first ever experience eating at a Korean BBQ place. Food was great, the vibe was fun but the service was terrible. We made reservations for a table of 6 and 4 of us were there on time. Two cancelled last minute after we had already sat down and ordered our food. The waitress who claimed to be the “manager” was upset because two people cancelled and wanted us to move after we were cooking our food. She kept aggressively grabbing my personal items throwing them on the table as a sign to “scoot over” I was very disappointed at this point. She then proceeds to put a barrier next to us, hitting my arm and not leaving enough space for us to eat comfortably. She grabbed my phone, threw it on my plate, and said “Move”. I was trying to be as nice as possible but with her attitude and lack of professionalism it was almost impossible. I understand that these workers want to stay on business but it is no way to treat customers. She could’ve explained the situation better or asked me nicely to move my stuff. We were obviously not planning on our two friends to cancel last minute. I am very disappointed with the service. The waitress’s name is Sunny and did not seem to care about being rude.

Truly lives up to being the best AYCE Korean BBQ in San Diego! Asked ChatGPT for recommendations and tried Manna BBQ.

The meat quality was outstanding for such a great price. Our whole family loved it—kids and adults alike 😋😋

Stylish interior, fast service, highly recommend. If you haven’t tried it yet, you definitely should!

Not the best experience. We felt ignored by the workers. Our table iPad was not working. Food wasn’t extraordinary, regular stuff. Also, they charged us for four people instead of three.
