Waited for 10 mins for a table when there were plenty open. Saw the bento box menu and by the pound meat price menu and figured out what I was going to order. Once I was seated they informed me that dine in is only AYCE.
Hint: Maybe mention on your “by the pound” menu on the wall that it is TO GO ONLY.
Waste of time. You need to deep clean this place too.
Maybe consider renaming your “walk in menu” “walk out menu”

The crew on the afternoon of 7/20, were great. The food was very good, but it was the staff (special appreciation to Victoria), and their attentiveness that really made the meal. Thank you!!

Take out, 30 minutes past suggested pickup time.
Worst part no seasoning, marinade, or dipping sauce provided. Just 100% bland meat.

Holy actual moly—this place was rough.
Came here for dinner with my fiancée. We both used to work in KBBQ for years, so we know what the standards should be—and this place missed the mark on every level.
From the quality of the meat to the service and the total lack of communication between the staff and the kitchen—nothing was good.
I saw two different tables get up to grab their own silverware because the servers weren’t paying attention. Multiple servers tried delivering dishes—mostly corn cheese—to the wrong tables. Sometimes it was, “You already got this? Eh, just take another,” only to realize later it was meant for the table next to them. Sloppy and embarrassing.
The L.A. Galbi? Tough. No marbling. No bones—which are the best part! And the portion sizes made zero sense. We ordered a half-order of pork belly and got literally half a strip. Later ordered a full order and got two strips. Something’s not mathing. The egg souffle came out flat and sad, like they were rationing eggs. Side dishes were forgotten repeatedly—we had to ask for ssamjang multiple times before it finally showed up 15 minutes later.
We ordered a Sprite. Waited 7 minutes. Asked again. Then got two Sprites within 3 minutes of each other. No communication. Same deal with the grill—we had to ask for grill changes, even with visible burnt food and smoke. That should be automatic in any KBBQ spot. Instead, one server asked another to change it for us twice—and he still went to sing a birthday song before doing it.
The grill bowl underneath was filled with grease and had no water, which anyone who’s worked KBBQ knows is a big no-no. It caused flare-ups and excessive smoke the whole time.
No one checked in to see how our food was. No one asked if we needed anything. No drink refills. Zero engagement.
And the kicker? The place is called Manna Heaven. If this was heaven, I must’ve taken the wrong elevator.
When it came time to pay, I still tipped just under 15%—which was generous for a team that barely earned 5%.

Took my mom out for dinner on a Saturday night. It was myself, my boyfriend & my mom. It was busy and we expected that but they would take forever to bring us the food we ordered. Towards the ended when I asked for the check we did the A1 my total came out to like 100 & some change. Although our server and the overall service took forever I still tipped them at least $12-$15, with a total of like $117 & some change. a few days later I receive a letter from my bank saying I was negative in my account due to being charged $200+ from this place.

The front desk staff was very delightfully welcoming all customers.
We went there around noon. Seats filled very fast. Foods come out ok speed. There's no vent on each table.
Most of the meat was just OK, nothing bad, but nothing so good either. We had A1 AYCE.
It was our 2nd visit. Morning time less busier and fast(ok speed) service than Dinner time.
I prefer SuRa K BBQ than here.

The food here was pretty decent my only concern was the amount of time it took the staff to assist guest example being food being delivered to the table or how long it takes the check to arrive

Recommended dishes: Corn Cheese
One of the cheapest Korean BBQ places out there and yet still one of the best.
I just wish the tablet at the table would work. That's a much easier way of ordering instead of ringing the bell constantly to get the waiter/waitress attention.
