The food was delicious, the drinks were alright the tequila tasted hella cheap, my wife didn’t like her drink and instead of not charging for the drink they offered to remake it and it was as bad as the first one

Great food and service but when the live music started. I just sat there awkwardly staring at the person I was with because the music was to loud and couldn’t hear each other even though we were yelling in each other’s ears. Ended up just leaving and started standing in the parking lot to finish our conversation.

I didn't like the food. The Campechana wasn't good; it needed more ingredients; they added three shrimp, it needed more seafood, and it had no flavor at all. I ordered a Seven Seas Soup, which had more vegetables than fish, shrimp, and the like. It's expensive, they don't serve anything, and it's not worth it.
Horrible service. We were a party of 6 and they took 45 minutes to bring food for 4 people and took an additional 15 minutes. Steak was dry... The waitress never came back to offer more chips or apologize for the delay. We had to flag her to order more drinks and she never brought the crab crackers so we had to ask another waiter. We also asked for the rice & beans she didn't bring with the food either.
When I asked, didn't this plate come with Rice and beans, she just said oh yeah... n left. Horrible waitress!! Paid over $200 & left frustrated and embarrassed because we were celebrating 2 birthdays & we picked the place. The banda Los Cajeta was just loud not good just loud.. la cajetearon tambien! So we won't be back. I was hoping to like it but back to Hectors it is!
