What can i say.. the online ordering platform was stuck on breakfast so could not order lunch/dinner on the app.. used the kiosk placed a $40 order and no receipt for said order..

Waited nearly 30 min for said order

The big hispanic lady was talking on her phone while filling drinks and putting food in the bags..

Did not wash hands or wear gloves during or after touching her nasty phone and continued to touch the food and drinks / lids.

Was calling all orders out in spanish so took us a minute to even realize it was our order.

Just over all a disgusting and horrible experience.

The short manager was not polite. I had a gift of four cards, and my children were at home. She told me they should come with me so she could see them. This is truly shameful, and she did see the four cards.

Horrible customer service at the drive thru at 3:25 ordered a Big Mac combo fries did not have salt asked thin Hispanic girl she made a face and said will get me a different one not knowing she pour a large amount of salt was driving on highway when noticed how disrespectful this employee is called the store but no answer at all called about 20 times . Bad experience avoid this location!!!!

25 minutes for a big mac med coke and fries, then apparently someone stole my bag of food. They called my number in Spanish... I don't speak Spanish... also, the lobby is a homeless day spa.

Wow. I can’t believe how terribly slow this McDonald’s is. No customers inside, only drive through. Took 30 minutes for 6 cars to get through. The manager probably needs to be replaced. Please.

Only thing I can rate is a service because there was none. One register said closed and the other one had a sign saying, please use the kiosk, and the staff just ignore you if you stand at the counter.
I can’t rate the food because I didn’t buy anything. I wanted to ask questions about the order I wanted. Since there’s no customer service anymore at McDonald’s, not just this one, I left to go eat somewhere else.

New owners as of two months ago. The restaurant still remains dirty throughout the day and littered with homeless people who thrash the restroom and restaurant. Smh
