25 minutes for a big mac med coke and fries, then apparently someone stole my bag of food. They called my number in Spanish... I don't speak Spanish... also, the lobby is a homeless day spa.

Wow. I can’t believe how terribly slow this McDonald’s is. No customers inside, only drive through. Took 30 minutes for 6 cars to get through. The manager probably needs to be replaced. Please.

Only thing I can rate is a service because there was none. One register said closed and the other one had a sign saying, please use the kiosk, and the staff just ignore you if you stand at the counter. I can’t rate the food because I didn’t buy anything. I wanted to ask questions about the order I wanted. Since there’s no customer service anymore at McDonald’s, not just this one, I left to go eat somewhere else.

New owners as of two months ago. The restaurant still remains dirty throughout the day and littered with homeless people who thrash the restroom and restaurant. Smh
