Loved the people and the workers there. I got exactly what I asked for. I found it very interesting that I was charged for ice water. A lot of nice people and great customer service happened in my life in just a couple of minutes. But what I remembered about mcdonald's today Is paying for water.

The manager is ridiculous. I ordered a lemonade with light ice and she proceeded to give me a drink that was half empty because “any drink with light ice gets less drink” HUH??? Never in my whole life has a McDonald’s done this to me 😂 quit making up your own policies & just fill the $1 drink up that doesn’t take any money away from your $17/hr

Been coming to this location since 2008. The food is always the same as any quality McDonald's locations. I had a McGriddles sandwich and large McCafe coffee every single breakfast. I ordered and chose for my food to be sent to my table via app but my order number always gets called to be picked up at the counter.

Take forever on order, took 30 minutes in drive thru not during rush hour and they parked me, had to go inside and complain to get my food and they didn't have it ready

Hispanic female working the drive through on November 3rd 2024 from around 1 to 1:30 pm was extremely rude with me. I came about a wrong order and she was very off putting and confrontational, and was generally unhelpful. I hope she is able to improve on this in the future at a different career.
