I ordered extra onions and extra ketchup for my hamburgers. They forgot the extra onions and completely left out the pickles on both 😒 Also asked for light salt on the fries knowing they go heavy on the salt, they were so salty they were inedible on their own. Had to shake them to get some excess salt off and drown them in ketchup. I get i was the last mobile order for the night, but to completely omit ingredients and over salt to the point one can't consume it is not OK.

A while ago I had stopped at this location for a quick late night meal I had order chicken nuggets and a strawberry banana smoothie. The chicken nuggets were delicious, but when I started drinking the smoothie it tasted like bubblegum something was off, but I didn’t think much of it. When I was about to go to bed my stomach started acting up and I went to throw up. The smoothie was probably bad bc it didn’t taste like a strawberry banana smoothie. Wouldn’t recommend one from here.

We ordered on the kiosk. It was after 8PM and we had just checked-in at the nearby hotel. Drive-thru was pretty busy and there were a few other customers inside. Our food came out in a timely manner with 0 issues. The female manager, I presume, had everyone in synched. Calling out orders and directing her staff. Everyone was courteous and everyone’s shirts were tucked in. The place was also pretty clean. I spend my better days in Active Duty and it was great to see this level of discipline at the McDonald’s.
And if she’s not the manager she should be !

11 pm might not be the best time to hit up some fast food after a long drive, but at that time of night and after waiting 5 minutes at the window for food you would expect hot food right? My fries were at least 20 minutes old and my burger(s) got pretty much the same treatment. This location is "always" hit or miss on quality.
Too often my orders are incorrect. I recieved two mcdoubles with no cheese. It's also too crowded and too busy for the staff to correct. Fix your staff
