The burgers were sloppy, cheese only half inside the bun and the other half sliding out onto the wrapper. 3 of the 4 burgers we ordered were unsatisfactory for the price you pay. The fries were very hot and saved the day.

Ordered sausage burritos and oatmeal the oatmeal was over filled with water more like a soup and raw oats the employee at the register informed me that I was served food from yesterday morning I asked if they could make my order fresh he said no the burritos were all cheese barley any egg or sausage they basically are serving leftovers from yesterday đł

Last time I go to this McDonald's. First, they took forever with the order, the fries were only half full, the McRibs had no BBQ sauce at all, the pie was burnt, bent, and broken... the restaurant was filthy, the tables were dirty... think twice before going there.

Outdoor menus have been broken for years and you cant read them, and their cars machine is broken often and they don't have any signs until you are up to order and then stuck in line.

25 min waiting for a coffee that I order on the drive thru, didn't have coffee ready, ask me to wait on #2 after 25 min i walk in and she forgot about me ... horrible customer service đ
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the disgraceful service I received at your McDonaldâs location at 725 E Street in Chula Vista on the evening of July 16, 2025, at approximately 8:40 p.m.
I placed my order in the drive-thru and was told to pull forward to wait for my food, which supposedly needed âa few minutes.â I waited patiently â for over 15 minutes â while multiple cars behind me were served and left. After that excessive and unacceptable wait, I finally went inside to inquire about my order.
What I encountered inside was nothing short of outrageous. The staff had no idea what my order was, and instead of offering an apology or showing any concern, they threw out excuse after excuse and even had the audacity to accuse me of lying about how long I had been waiting. The tone, the attitude, and the lack of professionalism from your employees were absolutely disgusting.
After 25 minutes, I finally received my food â cold and carelessly put together. To make matters worse, during this frustrating ordeal, my daughter urgently needed to use the restroom, and when I asked for the key, I was told that the bathrooms were âbroken.â Convenient, isnât it?
Your staff insisted they were âunderstaffed,â yet I counted at least five employees standing around, laughing and chatting â clearly not overwhelmed or overworked, just indifferent. They had plenty of time to argue with me but not enough time to do their jobs.
No apology. No accountability. No basic customer service. Just rudeness, delays, and disrespect.
This was by far one of the worst fast food experiences Iâve ever had, and I have no intention of returning to this location. If this is the standard McDonaldâs is operating under, itâs shameful.
I expect a response and would hope, at the very least, that you address this situation and hold your team accountable. People deserve better than this.
