As someone who appreciates food, I take pride in making my own opinion and not taking the word of others. Even though this establishment had very low reviews, I was willing to give it a try and, unfortunately I have to agree with the word of the people..
The service is slow they don't communicate with each other, so they have to go car to car asking what the order is.
I have worked in a restaurant before so I get the rush stress. And we changed menus every 2 weeks, but come on screwing up an item you make every day on a fixed menu. I ordered the Stake egg and Cheese Bagel, and I was given a bagel with egg and a bunch of special sauces. It was gross, and it sucks because when you're in a rush, it's not worth the additional gas to go back and complain just for them to do nothing and blame me for not being patient.
So all I can say is if change will be made, avoid this place let them feel the dent of loosing customer i know loosing me as a customer means nothing to them but hopefully you all listen to all of our reviews and avoid.

I ordered Big Mac and when I’m about to eat I saw my food it doesn’t look like a Big Mac I was so disappointed. Does this look like a Big Mac ? And my French fries is not fresh and it hard. I never been disappointed when it comes to food.

Guy at the intercom thinks he's quick at his job. Got my order wrong, didn't feel the need to repeat it back. Receipt prints and I tell the person at the next window. Now this person is irritated with hopefully the guy at the speaker and not me, then continues to try to charge me for a mistake I had nothing to do with. Once I explain the deal I used I get a half assed apology and they still forgot the extra fries in the happy meal. Like damn, and it's a slow day for them too, I was the only customer there. 3/2 4:10pm

Terrible service waited in drive thru and had 3 cars behind me passed me, kid at window told me to wait… I kept asking on the microphone for help but got ignored… had to go inside to get my order.. made a complaint but no supervisor or manager on site….seem to always have terrible service.. regardless of staff.

I ordered an Oreo McFlurry, a caramel sundae, and an apple pie. The sundae was disappointingly small, with large air pockets and very little ice cream. Additionally, the apple pie was crushed and unpleasantly hard.
Absolutely the worst McDonalds in the country. Whoever owns this place must be flooded with complaints because they cant even call you back

Every time you order online they take forever for the order to be ready. Order at 9 a.m and got at the restaurant 9:25 a.m they didn't even realize they had the order on the system. They even try to make it like is your fault.
