I was the young lady that was there earlier the food is good except I didn't like the manager he kept talking about me I know what he was saying because I know Spanish he keep calling me senora but I'm not married I was wearing the green sweeter im not coming back to this McDonald's

I stopped by this McDonald’s and honestly, the quality has gone downhill. The fries were old, soggy, and tasted like they’d been sitting out. What makes it worse is this location is locally owned and operated, you’d expect some pride in the product, but it’s the opposite. No attention to quality, no effort, nothing.

Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about the food they serve

This place keeps getting worse and worse i asked for fresh fries with no salt since I suffer from high blood pressure and i try to limit on little things here and there. So the manager i can hear him complaining about it. He throws back in the fryer old fries to get the salt off the fries. They were horrible I had to toss them out. THEN... he was yelling at the employees and insulting them. After that he starts calling customers numbers while everyone is literally standing like 2 -5 ft away from the counter. He was yelling at the top of his lungs. This manager was a male dark complexion and heavy set looking. So here we are paying higher prices so they can jave good wages and they cant provide basic services

False ad on drive up sign (ordering) extra value, i ask the person what does it mean, they to them it doesn't mean anything. Another thing the person taking my order needs to speak clearly, i heard 17.85 but i got to the window to pay them he told it was 12.74 that a big difference. When i picked up my order the guy didn't know what kind of drink i asked for and what size. And last thing when i made my order i asked honey mustard and ranch when i got home (less 5 minutes) my fries was cold. McDonald's has gone down hill. Im never coming back.

I can’t believe I even have to leave this review, but all these low reviews make sense. The situation at this location is horrible - complete disbelief. I know this industry, and this is just bad, bad, bad. Drive to another one.

First time ordering McDonald’s ever, wanted to give it a try after many recommendations, went at 6am for a breakfast and a coffee on Monday 9/15, the lady that was taking orders was taking the cars in front of me with the poorest costumer service, then with my order she started with an “what chu order” barely speaking English, at the second window she hand me my order barely looking at me and cd with an attitude like if she is doing me a favor, I wanted to give McDonald’s a try and jr fully disappointed me, horrible

Today I made the mistake of coming in at about 6:15 am 9/14/2025, NOT BUSY!!. Maria, manager or shift supervisor that rung me up in the front...if you hate your job, quit and give your position to someone that will actually do their job. Unnecessary terrible experience for an absolutely empty drive thru and dinning room. Unbelievably miserable people working here.
