False ad on drive up sign (ordering) extra value, i ask the person what does it mean, they to them it doesn't mean anything. Another thing the person taking my order needs to speak clearly, i heard 17.85 but i got to the window to pay them he told it was 12.74 that a big difference. When i picked up my order the guy didn't know what kind of drink i asked for and what size. And last thing when i made my order i asked honey mustard and ranch when i got home (less 5 minutes)...

I ordered Big Mac and when I’m about to eat I saw my food it doesn’t look like a Big Mac I was so disappointed. Does this look like a Big Mac ? And my French fries is not fresh and it hard. I never been disappointed when it comes to food.

Every time you order online they take forever for the order to be ready. Order at 9 a.m and got at the restaurant 9:25 a.m they didn't even realize they had the order on the system. They even try to make it like is your fault.
