I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel . No cheeses extra onions and sauce and this is what I got . I don’t eat sausage so I’m throwing this away but yall gotta do better . I’ve tried to order on the app and was told yall make it once I get there which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Can yall try to suck less omg

Bad customer service. After ordering my breakfast, I went to the restroom. While I was minding my own business, a Filipino staff member opened the restroom door and left it open, saying to her colleague that she has to wait for me to leave the area. I wasn’t finished yet, but I felt very uncomfortable having the door open the whole time. This has happened on other occasions as well, with their cleaning staff guy even entering the women’s restroom to start cleaning while I was still inside. Too uncomfortable, too unprofessional.
It took forever to place an order and then they didn't didn't apologize, nor offer a good gesture/apology discount to the vehicle that had been there a VERY long time. I think I'll consider going back to Starbucks or Dunkins across the street. Their customer service is way better and they have real breakfast deals and no homeless on the entrance path.

This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. People are so patient and professional. There's an employee that bring your food to your table as well. The place is very clean as well. Great place to eat at.
