If I could even give a ZERO star with the service I’ve received here I will definitely put ZERO star! Very bad customer service. In fact, I could say it was the rudest and worst experienced I’ve ever had. Bought 2 Happy Meal and requested to have my toy replaced since they gave me the same toy from my previous order. The man named “Ray” who claimed to be the Manager on Duty that night said that they CANNOT swap the toy (even if they just gave me the Happy Meal box). He said that it was MCDONALD’s rule that they dont swap toy. The other guy who was working that day just turned his back and I can tell that he was laughing while I was voicing out my concern. I saw that they have a lot of toys that have different designs that night but they REFUSED to change the toy that they gave me! They were very rude to me. The phone number for customer care posted around the store was not even working because I tried calling it. Worst place to go if you are planning to collect HAPPY MEAL toys because the people here are inconsiderate, rude, and very unprofessional!

When you Tell the manager Esmeralda that someone shitted on the toilet and the floor and she ignores you and makes you wait to use the restroom for 15 to 20 minutes and then gets mad when you go to complain her again and her response is well already told someone I don’t know what to do
