When you Tell the manager Esmeralda that someone shitted on the toilet and the floor and she ignores you and makes you wait to use the restroom for 15 to 20 minutes and then gets mad when you go to complain her again and her response is well already told someone I don’t know what to do

Today at 9:50 am , I have a picking up order, and costumer service she gave me the wrong one, and my order was with drink, and she said oh that’s not this one, and she doesn’t say anything or sorry, that’s not acceptable. She is not paying attention for the orders for costumers

I ordered 6 happy meals 6pc nuggets 10 bbq sauces 5 ice cream cones 2 plain mc doubles 2 plain spicy chicken sandwich 2 lg fries Total of $ 85.98
I went home and was missing 1 happy meal I went back to the store and was waiting a very long time at the drive thru With a very long line behind as well The young lady at the drive through window said I know I gave you 6 happy meals I said I promise you did not I even called my children because I may have been wrong They said only five mama I counted five when I got home So the young lady said I will look at cameras and I waited and waited ana waited Honestly just so the customers behind me can get they food I told the young lady my kids called and they found one in the trash
This is ridiculous how she had me wait so long … at least over 10 mins
I’m very upset with the customer service I am a regular customer I have 11 children and usually I don’t have issues with my order but I usually don’t come so late at night so that could have been the problem too I get it … busy busy busy but you guys need to treat customers with a little more respect
All it took was 1 happy meal Honestly Just remake it What’s the big deal
Mind bugging how she said I’m looking at the cameras for one happy meal it’s insane And wasted my time and gas coming back
I will be contacting the franchise on Monday
