Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Menchie's is completely self serve but when you go to pay if you hit "continue" and not "no tip" on the screen it automatically adds a 15% tip to your payment... I'm not anti tipping for good service but I'm not tipping for you to ring up my order. I wonder how many people don't realize that they are giving 15% tips!

I tried this place for the first time. I had heard many good things. Took my little girl here for a birthday treat. The self serve has very interesting flavors, and has tons of young options.I will be a repeat customer.

I took my son there for a free yogurt after he'd filled out his reading book mark from school. He read ten books and now he's on his second bookmark. Anyway... This was the Chula Vista/Eastlake location. We walked in and the place looked very friendly and welcoming. The colors and music were awesome (Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince, Nightmare On My Street) and it took me back to my childhood immediately. The girl who came to help was awesome and the yogurt and toppings were abundant and diverse. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely go back.

Great place! Friendly service! Clean! Organized! And I love how they are practicing COVID-19 prevention methods with Hanns sanitizer, gloves and they gave the topping in their own separate portion containers.

Staff was friendly. My kids still could serve themselves frozen yogurt wearing masks and gloves. Very clean and sanitary. Most important thing was it was yummy!!!!😋 We will be back!
