MJ's Fusion Deli "Breakfast•Lunch•Dinner" a.k.a MJ's Yogurt Time and Deli

I ordered a Buddha Bowl with a bunch of extras. Food was good, but not great. The bowl was mostly rice and it cost me 33 bucks! The staff was friendly and did offer me a free ube ice cream which was nice. But overall not worth the price in my opinion.

MJ who runs the restaurant, is very inviting and takes the time to explain the structure of the menu and ingredients of each item. The food was delicious! There’s something charming about this small business and the quality of food and portions is amazing and generous. I would recommend you go now and try something new and get the ube fro yo! We got the breakfast plate, the marinated beef sliders and Thai tea. Thanks MJ! Can’t wait to come back.

Super friendly staff and some really unique food. A fusion burritos are amazing and so full of flavor. I took the suggestion and went with the most popular choice the fusion burrito with the Longsia.
Also got some soft server on the side.

Awesomely odd place.. food you would never think of putting together is out together in some amazingly good combos. Seriously, it's a must try, your "hmm's" will become "heck yeahs!" I will be coming back here again

The people who work there love their jobs and are very helpful getting you through the menu! But listen up because it's not like anything you've had before. Oh and the desserts are top notch..

I decided to try this spot based on the 4.8 star rating. The menu is a little different than your normal menu, it takes a little time to decipher. I decided on the 805 burrito with longaniza, runny eggs, fries, lumpia, cheese and furikake. The flavors were great. The burro was huge. Plenty for two people.
I give 2 stars for the atmosphere, although everything was organized the place was dark an the tables and chairs were all turned over and covered up. It looks as if they are only set up for pick up and delivery orders.
I only met two gentlemen at he counter but they were friendly and even offered a free desert.

Amazing food, friendly staff, fair pricing and consistent quality. 805 burrito is my favorite burrito of all time in SD area, and that’s saying a lot considering it has to beat out all the amazing burritos in this area. The yogurt is also top notch, don’t think I’ve had any frozen yogurt as good MJ’s in my life. This is my go-to place!

Amazing food and the beef-steak tasted just like how my nana used to make it! Perfectly marinated and the portions are great! Super sweet customer service and they even gave me a sample of their yogurt!

I love this place; I've been coming here for years. The guys that work here are great, always friendly, making conversation, offering free desserts to try, food is always amazing. Gotta try this place out. The dole whip is awesome.

Excellent food. It seems that they want to feature the different ways they season meat. I tried their 805 with MJ seasoned chicken. My wife had one of their breakfast. It was very good and not expensive.

I try a lot of styles of food and this place absolutely blew my mind! 15/10 top 3 best dishes I ever had in my life and it was the longanisa fries, the guys at rhe counter extremely friendly! They gave me and everyone in line at that moment a free dessert! Got the strawberry smoothie, the number 9 yogurt and a black thai coffee Just wow Im coming back to san Diego just to go here again,

Being so far from home (guam) and finding little hidden gems like this is amazing. Their red rice is on point!!! They were so welcoming and inviting, quick with recommendations too. They don't steer you wrong. Whatever craving you have, they have a plate for that! The portions are more than satisfying and worth every penny! Don't skip on the yogurt either!! We will absolutely back! Dångkulu na si yu'us ma'åse' (CHamorro: Thank you very much!) for that small reminder of home.
