If I could give zero stars I would. We came in at 6:30pm THIRTY minutes before the business hours posted on the DOOR and WEBSITE said they closed. Was not greeted kindly by whoever the closer was for the shift of January 24th, 2024. She was snarky and rude. We saw about two more groups of people try to go in but was turned down by the same girl with the pink clips. She was mopping and first ignored us. Ambiance was messy. Boxes everywhere. Food, didn't get to try. Sad. Was so excited to try this place but nope! All the people she turned down also agreed that this has happened more than once to them. Disgusting behavior and employees need to be talked to.

I was excited to find out they opened a Mochinut close to home ! I stopped by on an afternoon and it was empty . The cashier didn't have the friendliest customer service and just took my order . The selection is limited but my favorite is the churro mochi! Which was delicious! I will return mainly because of the churro mochidonut that I love not for the service specifically .

Delicious mochinut!I highly recommend you try them if you're curious. Very tasty, chewy and delicious treat. ?The only reason I gave them a 4 outta 5 is because they didn't have the flavors listed on the weekly menu and I was very much l?king forward to pistachio and black sugar... ?Still, the flavors I did get were very good! (Green Tea Matcha, Raspberry Funnel Cake, Ube, Churro & original)We bought 6 mochis and I got a specialty drink for FREE! I had the Tiger Thai Tea with oreo cookie crumbs. It's was a great sweet treat and I love my reusable cup ?

So I've probably only wrote 2 reviews in my life time, but this I had to. I've had Mocinuts recently at a party and it was so-so but again we didn't know how old it was bought before the party. Today I went there to try them fresh and it literally tasted the same! Old AF. Flavor is pretty bland and the texture tasted like an old Dunkin' Donuts that was left old a day and a half. So just expressing how trash they are and downgrading the Moci community. Wish their investors and owners would under cover boss them and try their own donuts they are selling to the community. Shame. ‍

I am new to Mochinut and decided to check it out. The person standing at the register seemed a little disinterested in helping me or answering any of my questions. The store was big, the selection and availability were tiny. There wasn't anyone else in the store. I then asked the employee for 2 of the doughnuts. She promptly responded that I would need to purchase 3 for $10. I couldn't purchase less than three. So I thanked her and drove up the street to Dunkin' doughnuts. Less expensive and I could purchase 2 doughnuts. I wasn't too impressed with the small selection of doughnuts, and for the price and minimum purchase it's just not worth it.

Don’t put a sign that says “wheelchair accessible” if you’re not actually wheelchair accessible! The door was very heavy and I had a lot of trouble opening it, and I was using a walker/rollator. It would be impossible for someone in a wheelchair to operate, so I have no idea why that sign is there. Had such a hard time opening the door that my drink spilled and I had to go back to ask for a new one before even leaving the premises. I was also charged for the replacement. Either take the sign down or keep the door open so the building is ACTUALLY wheelchair accessible. The service was very slow as well, I was waiting for several minutes at the register even though I was the only person there only reason I’m not giving a one-star review is because the donuts and drinks are pretty good (though overpriced).Wheelchair accessibility: Not at all wheelchair accessible. The door is very heavy and difficult to open and the tiled floor is bumpy. Take the sign down, lying about it is more insulting than just saying it’s not wheelchair accessible.

Great spot for mochi donuts! The location is great with abundant parking! The interior was small yet cute with a large screen that displays the menu. There were several choices for mochi donuts which made it quite difficult to decide which ones to get! Their mochi donuts always taste very delicious! The staff was very friendly and provided quick service! Overall, great experience and would come back again. Highly recommend!

We went to Starbucks and thought we would try this new donut place. We walked in at 9:30 am and someone came out from kitchen and said they were closed and didn't open until 10:30am. What donut place leaves their door unlocked and doesn't open until 10:30 am on a Saturday? So awkward. $34 dollars for a dozen? Meaning closer to $40 total?! No thank you.

The mochinut donuts are good but something is off at this location. The Korean hot dogs are only available at certain times and maybe even days? The last three times that I have tried to get them, they told me it wasn't available at this time. Not too long after just opening, I asked for a flavor that was on the display board and they told me they didn't have it. I had to ask well, are you making more? I got a "yes". How much longer? "5 minutes". Can I wait? "Sure". It was just an awkward encounter. Anyways.... The floor was really sticky and in need of a mopping. They do have some help wanted signs on the door and inside so I am sure they are short staffed but mopping the floor by the entrance is not optional.

Try this donut shop!We have been walking past this donut shop for months and FINALLY decided it was time. Why? Because we love donuts. Now this isn't your ordinary donut shop, they don't have a big ridiculous selection of jelly filled sugar topped donuts but what they do have is a lighter, smaller delicate and very tasty donut. Made with rice flour it gives the donut a chewier texture that we found enjoyable. And look at the beautiful box they pack them in makes a beautiful gift! Try this this place you won't be disappointed. And the service was excellent!

I graded it one star because this place needs to be cozy. The product can sell itself, but I feel bad for the employees and the store. While purchasing the product, I was sweating because of the heat inside the store. The location is hot because it is missing an awning or shed from the sun. And also, the sun's shine goes directly to the donut, which makes me not pick the donut from the sun and pick a different mochinut donut because it doesn't look fresh. I hope that you install an awning or shade soon. Thanks.

Donuts are ok. Bathrooms are disgusting. Clean them, please. Fix the toilet paper / soap/ paper towel dispensers. And wash the floors!

First time and happy with my mochi! It is expensive, yes, but I enjoyed trying the flavors and love how it’s so easy to pull a part to share with friends and fam. Also tried the Ube Latte - quality coffee, creamy smooth, strong flavor. I only wished that the Ube tasted more like ube (it mostly tastes like a sweet cream).
