I loved coming to this Nekter and was so happy to have one so close by, but unfortunately they’re always out of quite a few ingredients…normally I’ll just order something different, but then another recipe item is missing from that one too. The staff is very friendly though and I hope to eventually come back here, but it’s just frustrating when they’re out of a lot of ingredients.

Poor service, they can't get your order right. Asked for no peanut butter , extra banana and if they had honey. He said ok, what did i get....nothing I asked for.
Don't mind paying the high price for quality food, but get the order right. The older woman is very rude, please provide her with some training in how to deal with simple customer service interactions. If you maddva mistake, no problem just fix it. No need to be rude or argumentative.
No peanut butter is pretty simple request, and could be deadly if a customer has a peanut allergy.

They offer oatmeal but don’t have it when they open they don’t make it clear ordering sites you will wait over an hour just for them to tell you some silly excuse about a brand you guys advertise it so YOU SHOULD OFFER IT IN MORNINGS WHEN PEOPLE EAT OATMEAL IN MORNING I’ll never spend money here again

My friend and I came here after our morning walk. There is plenty of parking available in the lot. The servers weren't the friendliest and very unwelcoming when we walked in. The restroom had no paper towels and no toilet paper. I mentioned it multiple times to the workers and they ignored me and did not budge to put anything in the restroom. In terms of food, I ordered the banana berry açaí bowl and was very unimpressed. I got it with peanut butter and the amount they give is tiny. The açaí itself seemed very watered down and lacked flavor. Will not be coming back to this place.

Delicious!!! Super freshly pressed juice ? friendly staff. Clean location. Fast service. I'm so happy this location is open near my job. I got the recovery juice and it tasted amazing. Good price for the size too.

The Eastlake location is very clean, awesome workers very helpful! My experience there and my juice was absolutely amazing! I'm very happy we have a healthy place we can go and get our juice drinks, smoothies and much more right in our neighborhood. Thanks Nekter juice bar!!!
