Nothing Bundt Cakes

I had a great experience at this Nothing Bundt Cakes location. Adam, the staff member who helped me, was awesome—so nice, polite, and had a great attitude. Hanna and Nick were also very friendly and welcoming.

Everyone treated customers with kindness, smiles, and a positive attitude, which really makes a difference. I’ve visited this location many times for cake shopping and will definitely continue coming back because of the amazing staff. The store is always clean too, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend this location!

Adam had the most loving welcoming spirit!! Literally 10/10 customer service he made our day. Hard to find beautiful people like this nowadays definitely recommend

The Bundt cake is good in general but I wanted to leave a review for this location in specific for the staff. The customer service is top notch here, and the staff is incredibly kind.

With this brand, you like the food or you don’t, they’re consistent. The staff here is awesome. They are all so kind and go above and beyond.

Just one example, today I was looking at the cakes right when they opened when I was picking up. The glass frosted overnight from the temp controls. A staff member rushed out to wipe the glass for me so I could see them. I didn’t ask, they just did it and let me know why. I thought it was sweet.

Went in for the first time ever and Michelle helped me on 4/28 115 pm she was the BEST! So helpful, understanding, and nice! We will definitely be back for more!

We ordered chocolate-chocolate chip bundt cake for grandaughters 18th birthday. It came with center decorations. Cake and cream cheese icing was delicious. The service, Easter morning - busy time, was wonderful. Everyone was helpful and pick-up was easy and fast. We will definitely get our dessert cakes here again. Even though the store was busy, Easter Sunday morning, the employees were fast with the process and did I mention how delicious the cake was? WOW. Thank you so much. Evie

A big shoutout to Adam for going above and beyond. He delivered excellent customer service, as I expressed I made an online order but the celebratory flags for the cake were missing in my order. Unfortunately,
I didn’t notice until I got home and it was too late to drive back. The online order on his end didn’t reflect I had ordered the flags, but rather then ending my inquiry at that point, he was the one who apologized! He took it upon himself to order an UBER and have the driver deliver the flags to the restaurant where the party was AND gave me a free bundlet with the delivery. Cherry on top, was a message on the card saying have a great dinner! Kindness goes a long way. I’ll be sure to pass along this same type of kindness to someone else :)
