My daughter and I were in the area so decided to stop by here to get some sweet treats. Michelle M helped us. I bought two bundlets - she did not mention any BOGO offer. I paid, without thinking much, but thought it was pretty cheap. After she gave me my receipt, my teen daughter wanted a chocolate chip bundlet so we paid for it in a separate transaction. We went outside and looked over the receipts. One receipt had the BOGO promo. I wonder why it was never mentioned and also wonder why that promo wasn't honored at the second transaction with my daughter. Anyway, I'm not sure why I was annoyed but would have felt better if the cashier communicated with us and I knew what I was paying for instead of being confused.

I ordered buntlets four days in advance. They charged me an online service fee, then proceeded to pull the cakes out of the front store case in front of me when I got there to pickup my preorder. Then I was told that they didn't have a flavor I ordered and that I would have to choose another flavor. This is just bad business practice. Luckily the flavor they didn't have wasn't the birthday person.

Stopped in to use a buy one get one free bundtlet coupon. It's a small little corner spot but it's really cute and clean. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. I got the snickerdoodle and the chocolate chocolate chip. The cakes are quite fluffy and delicious! The thing I love the most is the cheesecake frosting. And they even have a gluten free chocolate chip option! Definitely a great treat!

Very disappointed. I ordered online to make my life easier. The cake was for my father in law’s birthday out of town. When I arrived to his house, I noticed the cake had a weird appearance and taste wasn’t good. Review your order before leaving the store.
Mom was having a bad day, Lowes up the street blew us off. But..... My daughter and I showed up there to grab a cake for mom. The empathy, smiles, and exceptional customer service blew my mind. I had the nicest interaction with the ladies at the front. They were welcoming, cheerful, and creating a memorable ambience. When one of the ladies went to the back to get my preordered cake another lady walked in and smiled (I thought it was just another customer), she asked me if I had been helped and still smiled (assuming she wasn't clocked in yet). I appreciate her taking initiative, and checking in with me, it was so sweet. The other person who was helping another customer was making nice conversation too! I love seeing how staff interact with one another, and with other customers. The initial staff who was helping me was providing acts of kindness and it showed through her energy with other staff.
