I was really excited to try this place after seeing a piece showcasing this small business on the San Diego News one morning! Well where do I start? The service was terrible! Our waiter took our orders and that was pretty much the last we seen of him until we requested the bill! We sat with an infant and needed a high chair. Every single high chair there had broken safety harnesses! We looked over about 6. Total accident waiting to happen and in my opinion a huge safety hazard that could be avoided with attentiveness and care. The only one we found functioning belonged to the high top tables! Our meals arrived one at a time and at one point only 3 of the 4 people eating had a meal for about 10-15 minutes. I had to flag someone down to track down the burger missing for the 4th person. We wanted more drinks.. but no one ever came to see how things were or if we needed any. I got up to go to the main bar to request another beer. Totally inconvenient during dinner. The fries were great. The rest of the food was just ok. Not worth a bill of $150 for a party of 4 though in my opinion. Disappointing. Seems like this place could have great potential with better staff and care. :/

Always love the feeling of being able to indulge within the confines of where the product is made. I feel this place would have better volume if it was located closer to the beach or downtown. That being said, it was not overpopulated at lunch on Father's Day. Always curious everytime I've driven past there and the experience did not disappoint.

I discovered this place while staying at the Homewood Suites right next to Novo, it came recommended highly by the staff there. They did not steer me wrong! I loved the food trucks that park outside the brewery, and of course the beer and seltzers that this place serves are unique and delicious. This is a must try if you're visiting Chula Vista!! Take my word, try the Watermelon Mint hard seltzer. You will not be disappointed.

Mint watermelon hard kombucha is the best! Way better than j*ne sh*ne

Beers are on the light side. Not going to find a true stout here. They are big on kombucha.
