Bad food and bad service. All the orders came out incorrect for a party of 20. Also no accommodations allowed on the orders. One order was forgotten about and came out an hour after all of the others after being asked about it multiple times. NEVER AGAIN.

Can’t handle big sport matches, which is disappointing. Tables were available as you can see in the photo, yet we were in line for 50 minutes waiting for entrance. We were mistreated by the “security” they hired and there was no clear communication with customers waiting for an entrance.

The World Cup happens only every four years, and this level of business is temporary. Local customers are the ones who may continue supporting this brewery after the games are over. Treating people poorly, especially locals, can seriously hurt the business once the World Cup crowds are gone. I hope management improves how they organize entry, communicate with customers, and if they hire security, I hope they make sure the security is up to the standards of how to treat people with respect.

I love that this place is kid friendly and the customer service by Sandy is the best. She truly makes superb drinks!

The server brought the beers served in plastic cups, when we said something she said talk to HR amd walked away

Its unfortunate we cant enjoy the game because it’s so hot, they refuse to turn on the AC and also refuse to open the windows because “people will get in”. This is only a review on the customer service not the food or drinks

Horrible experience, sat down for 20 min without being helped. Walked up to the server and asked if we order at the table or with them. They said they’ll come grab our order in a sec, sat down for another 10 min and nothing. As we go to walk out of the establishment no sorry, no we will fix this nothing. I don’t recommend this place super unprofessional 0/10.

Horrible, can’t handle crowds, overcharging, disorganized,, servers spilling drinks on tables. Waited hours for food. Watch your bill, they will overcharge!!

My husband and son were here before i got here and when I came in I waited about 25 minutes. Nobody came to see if we needed to order anything besides bringing the menu to us and I'm really upset about it because I was on my lunch break trying to get something to eat.
I asked for a manager and let them know that nobody's came to check on us or see if we needed order or something and this is just very poor service. I come here very often for my lunch break and now I don't feel like I will be coming back because I was treated poorly here.

I had to make a trip to the Apple Store so I decided to treat myself to some food and watch there World Cup a little and I wish I never walked in here. First, when I walked in there was no one at the host station and it was not super busy so I looked around and made eye contact with a few employees but no one greeted me or said anything, so I sat myself at the bar. I waited there for a good 5 minutes and no one waited on me (again, it was not busy). There were employees walking past me 800 times before I decided to walk up to the beer counter and order food and drink. I ordered a California burrito and a beer. The beer was fine but the burrito was cold. I have a feeling the only reason people come here is because they can get drunk while their kids play in the back. Worst establishment I’ve been to in a while.

I came to the Eastlake location specifically to watch the US Men's National Team play their first World Cup game against Paraguay. While the kitchen and bar staff did their jobs well—the food actually came out quickly this time, and the drinks were served fast—the management completely ruined the experience.
The building was an absolute sauna. There was zero air conditioning running, and they refused to open the windows or doors to let any kind of breeze in. It was incredibly humid and stuffy inside, to the point where the entire crowd was sweating and visibly irritated. Multiple groups of people were literally begging the staff to open the windows for some basic ventilation, but nothing was done.
It’s impossible to enjoy a cold drink or a fast burger when you’re overheating indoors. Safe to say, I won't be back to watch another match here if management can't handle basic climate control for a crowd.

Nacos had liquid cheese -yuck! and we substituted carne asada for chicken and charged 3.00 additional? It was over $50 for nachos, yuka fries and one non alcoholic drink. 🙃

Sandy was awesome she made me a spicy chimichuri that wasn't on the menu and put the formula1 quali on. Hands down best experience.

Great experience huge space area for the kids all the WY at the back so parents can hang in a cool setting. Great attentive staff. Tables wabble a bit probably need a better furniture selection that way other than that it's impressive. Huge screens.

I love love this place! Food is awesome, sunset slam kombucha THE BEST! They will let you try ever flavor but don’t even bother…the slam is the one. Olympia is our main girl!She has taken care of us since day 1 and she always is honest and gives the best recommendations! I also think some of the kids can be a little crazy here and all the staff is super kind to the kiddos! HOWEVER Iv noticed lately none of the servers are wearing shorts? I come here for the food, the drinks, and the cheeks so where are the cheeks? Paulina, the face of the front house and Brazil…bring it back!!!
