I have been here a few times with my family and it's one of the best Asian spots close by. Otay Sushi has such a unique (in a good way) menu. My favorites are the bulgogi entree, chicken karaage, and super albacore roll. You can never go wrong with those. It is also super cool that they have a spicy salmon handroll for 3 dollars, and it tastes delicious! The service is also great.

This place never disappoints. The sushi is always fresh and made with love and care. It offers an inviting interior with friendly staff. I love their tonkatsu ramen with pork belly. And they don’t skimp on the ginger. Cloe and Jaemin did a great job.

Otay sushi and crab is one of the bestRestaurants in San Diego. I’ve been going here for years, and I can honestly say the service and food never disappoints. From friendly staff to yummy eats, this place has it all.Vegetarian options: Many options for vegetariansDietary restrictions: The servers and chefs are very accommodating for my gluten intolerance and me being vegetarian.Parking: Tons of parking!Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is super kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible to those in wheel chairs.

We got the spicy ramen and it was good, just wish it was a little more spicy, but the pork belly was delicious! Host and server were both very friendly and place was kept clean. Definitely go if you’re in the area looking for some ramen in Eastlake.

The sushi was pretty good. The service was okay. The dining area was nice and there's plenty of dessert places in the area to go to after.
Combo C which has the snow crab and king crab legs. It can come with 3 or 4 items. We chose the muscles, clam, and two servings of shrimp (because we don’t do crawfish). It’s house blend medium and ask for it to be saucy/moist. The medium is a good heat but if you want an extra kick ask for fiery on the side. The fiery dip will be worth it. Also ask for butter on the side with some lemons and salt and pepper. If you want a little something before the feast ask for some sushi “Holy Jalapeño” sushi and pork gyoza.Wear two gloves and make sure you have a pile of napkins next to you.
The sushi was ok as well as the salad. However, it’s overpriced for the service you get. Plastic forks, uncomfortable chairs, and the place is noisy with the feeling of a food court. We ended up paying $50+ a person for just a modest amount of food without drinks.

The boil bag that gets dropped off on your table isn't worth it. As you rummage through the unpeeled sea food, it's reminiscent of dumpster diving. If you are in your friends backyard doing it with beer in your hand and it only cost you a BYOB, then I get it. But walk out $150 light in your wallet, f that.
