Definitely the standard in Chinese food. Quite authentic, the atmosphere is ambient and the service is top notch. Certainly the place to visit if you're in the mood for Chinese cuisine.

Our server was Roldan at the Chula Vista (Eastlake) location. He did perfectly with an order split between regular and gluten free, got everything the first time, & checked in efficiently without being intrusive.

We ordered the Chef's feast (for 2) and had leftovers. For the gluten-free entree, we substituted shrimp for the chicken in the Chang's Spicy Chicken (up charge $2.25), & it was excellent.

Menus do differ slightly...

Roldan is cheerful, greets with respect naturally, very attentive and in essence professional in his customer-service approach. Patient and easy to approach. Nice to have that type of service as better representation of the family and the enhancing atmosphere in the location. Superb job! Well done!!!
