I left herby disgusted a person that was another customer entered and was soiled and was sneezing all over the salsa bar. Please do not eat here plus the prices are very expensive. Go somewhere better and cleaner.

Top noche ! This place always amazes me. I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years! The meat is always juicy and the flavor always hits! The size and portions are generous. The salsa is fresh and has amazing flavors. They have tv to watch and a patio? couldn’t have asked for anything else. I am a satisfied customer. ??

I went to buy a california burrito and when ordering over the phone, I asked the guy who took the order what ingredients were included since I like it a certain way. He confirmed that all the ingredients I like were included in that particular burrito, so I proceeded to place the order. When I got home, I cut my burrito in half and realized there was no sour cream, one of the main ingredients. I called the store to let them know about the incident, it wasn't a big deal. They told me they would replace it if they brought it back, so I did, considering I live in San Ysidro and they are in Chula Vista.
When I got there, they made me another burrito and even made sure we wanted sour cream this time, as it should be. Once I got home again, I repeated the same process. I cut the burrito in half and again realized there was no sour cream so now I was frustrated and contacted the store again to let them know there was no sour cream again. My problem was not solved, so she asked the cook to do it again, and he said yes, he would put sour cream. I continued by telling him I would send a photo if necessary because I wasn't about to be called a liar. She then added that yes, I could send it to her phone and gave me her number.
Immediately, while I had it on the phone, I took a photo from multiple angles, showing that there was no sour cream, just cheese; You can clearly notice the difference. Then she put me on speaker while showing the cook the photo I sent her, only to tell me that I was confused and that the cheese was the sour cream, when I had the burrito in front of me. I didn't want to argue and told him it was fine. I'm just not going back and I was going to write this review. She then sent me a message apologizing but still did nothing about it, starting to tell me I could come back and she would give me a refund. I declined their proposal, since it would be my third time going back and forth for something they should have already done right the first time.
Not even McDonald's makes mistakes like that; It seems like the employees are more interested in gossiping about girls and girlfriends and how cute one is and how cute the other is, rather than paying attention to what they're doing. I do not recommend this place and I will not return. At one point it was our go to place, now I don't even want to recommend it to my family or friends because of the lack of customer service and lack of cooking skills. I could have made a better burrito at home; I was just lazy.

Lots of great taco shops in Chula Vista but this place surprisingly stands way above the rest. The food was delicious. I just expected average but the flavor and portions were for sure 5+ stars. The Carne asada fries and Carne asada burrito are definitely better at this spot. definitely will be back.
I went to place a very large order, since I entered the door the employees were very attentive and friendly, their service was fast and accurate. I definitely recommend Panchos for your Mexican food cravings.

So about 2 years ago i left a good review but this place has gone down the drain since then. It is extremely dirty now. Roaches and food poisioning await you then when you call to inform them the one of the chicks at the front has a whole attitude and is extremely disrespectful. Sad part is a while ago this place was good now they became lazy and dirty. Eat here at your own risk.
Parking: There is a little bit of park to the side of the building and behind it.
Great food and service, but like all taco shops atmosphere.

Ordered food from here May 2024. Cockroaches crawled out of the tacos when I opened them. This is so disgusting. Called the restaurant to get a refund and they confirmed they know they have an infestation. They are still serving food to people. Don’t eat here
