Panchos Authentic Mexican Grill

Been there couple of times.
I ordered Taquitos. When I got back to my office, they had basically melted into the styrofoam container. I couldn't go back and had to trash them. Not sure why they wrap the top in foil but leave the bottom bare.

Their Tuesday special on their window is a joke. They don't honor it but rather, try to sell you something else.

Is CC surcharge legal?

Tried the California burrito and was disappointed it didn’t come with sour cream, and even though I asked for crispy fries, there were very few and they were mushy. The carne asada was so oily it dripped all over my plate.

On the positive side, they do have a good salsa selection, and my kid enjoyed his kids roll tacos, so maybe other menu items are better.

Eating inside felt like a circus. The cook was whistling like he was auditioning for Snow White, the cashier was on speakerphone sharing her whole call with the room, and the TV was pure static like a horror movie. Sensory overload. Next time I’ll grab food to go and hope for a better dish.

Won't go back. That says it all.

Was going to purchase over $100 in food this morning (sunday).
There was 1 other customer who had ordered. The lady at counter decided that arranging things behind the counter was more important than taking my order so she ignored me.
No problem really, I took my $100 and spent it at a different and better taco shop.
Will no longer go to this place, I must have been the wrong color or something.

The lady in front accused my girlfriend of lying after messing up on our order. The manager doubled down and did not do anything to fix it. A simple acknowledgment of a misunderstanding would have sufficed. Instead, we were called liars and got the wrong order.

The asada burritos are very good but they are not asada, they are stewed haha

Food is consistently good when you have a craving for quick Mexican Food.

I would like to begin by stating that cashier had a horrible attitude, she was very rude. We ordered a carne asada burrito and an order of 3 beef rolled tacos. They were both horrible. The so called carne asada, wasn't even grilled at all, it was boiled meat. It had way too much canned diced tomatoes and a bunch of chopped onions, and very skimpy on their so called guacamole. The tacos had no flavor at all hardly any guacamole on it, anyways the guacamole also was horrible.

Awesome, Got a full size burrito.

They never disappoint me. I've been coming here for over a year now at least 3 or 4 times a week. They're always fast and friendly. The food is amazing! They have also NEVER, gotten any of my orders wrong, which is damn near impossible to find these days. This is one of my favorite restaurants. I highly recommend!!!
