They forgot to put one the main entrees and I had to drive back to tell them when i walked in I had to wait until she was done flirting with a guy then she told me that she was not going to touch the plate and after I opened the plate she said yes it is missing. Panda Express shoul at least train the people they promote because they represent them. This person not even a sorry for your inconvenience. She just left. Very disappointed of the customer service.
Busy location. First person at the counter, a woman a little older than the rest of the crew, was nice and really tried, even though there was a bit of a language barrier. Next person, a tallish thin young man with a mustache and glasses, was very helpful. The girl at the register Definitely needs some customer service training! I had a question about the Panda app. She tried to grab my phone and started pushing buttons. When I told her not to do that she got very agitated. I told her to just ring me up and forget the app. She turned away from me and literally threw the receipt at me.

I know 2nd graders that could do their job better.
This time they offered a good service, the girls who are there in the afternoon were very friendly and the portions were adequate ✔️ because those who are there on weekends are sometimes rude

This restaurant is clean and has fast service. Once their bowls start running low, they make more fresh stuff. Tables are clean and so are the floors. Friendly staff gave me a free drink for waiting for fresh kung pow
Parking: Plenty of parking in this little shopping center.

Starting out it was full, good for them.
It was somewhat dirty. And little space inside
The people who serve have a terrible attitude from Alyssa and the oldest lady in the place
The older lady yelling from her place to the tables and apart in a bad manner and Alyssa with a bad attitude and understands Spanish and speaks English and behind me with the very cheerful person speaking perfect Spanish.
And the place is dirty, the portions are very small.

The food was absolutely horrible at this location. I'm not a Chinese food fan myself but my wife and mother-in-law love it. Even they agreed that the food was terrible. We each had a combo and neither of us came close to finishing our meal. As I'm writing this my stomach is turning circles. I'm not returning and would advise everyone else not to patronize this location. Disgusting.
