Food was great but the drive thru rep was a little distracted. Asked for condiments by name and got something else. Rice a little dry.

Arrived to location about 40-45 minutes before closing and they didn’t have half the menu items and said they couldn’t make more since they were close to closing. Went to the panda on National Ave with the same closing time and they were able to serve us and satisfy all of our needs ! Very disappointing and inconvenient that I had to drive out of way to get good food and service. I’m only writing a review because it has happened to me several times at this location.

The cashier named Rachelle can not handle being under pressure or work in a fast paced environment . Registers were down and she was giving all the clients rude looks and rolling her eyes . I kept calm because I’m not going to argue with the register girl at Panda Express hahha thank goodness for the nice boy at that was serving the food, he saved me from an even worse experience. I hope she has a better day tomorrow.

Great spot to get drive-thru food. Just be aware that you can get stuck in the parking lot by the drive-thru line.

Ordered two kids meals. Orange Chicken and chao mein. Arrived at home and noticed only 3-4 small pieces of chicken. For almost $10, 3-4 pieces of chicken is not enough. They were lucky I was too far to go back to the restaurant! I called several times and nobody would answer! This isn’t the first time this happens. Other locations do the same. Prices are increased and they still try to rip off customers!

Paid the lady with a $50 for a $10 order and I didn't get change back, after I told her I was missing my change, she said I paid with a $10 and that they have cameras like I was wrong, then they checked the cameras and gave me my $40 but I didn't even get a simple apology that is why I write this review. A simple apology would have been enough.

1 employee always rude to me, very rude. Takes so long and food is cold. PE is only 4 blocks from my home, too close to be cold from drive home. Very slow service. Sometimes drive thru takes 45 minutes when there are only 4 cars ahead of me. This is always the case. Food should be hot!

Overall, 2 stars for a pretty location
ZERO stars for service, and due to that, I unfortunately could not have what I came for.
PANDA EXPRESS, Please train your staff to have more patience, compassion, and better customer skills.
I even showed them the picture of what I wanted to order. And still, it was like deer in the headlights!! With an attitude.
After analyzing the menu, I could have simply been offered the "PLATE" 2 ENTREES AND THE SIDE of Super Greens, NO RICE OR NOODLES
they told me I had to take rice or noodles!!!
Can't get any more annoying or funny.
Soooo I just ordered my kids' food and watched them eat.
In the long run, it probably saved me from indigestion.

Went through drive through just to get home and find my bigger plate had items missing and the quality of the food was not good. Unfortunately this wasn't the first time this restraunt has had this type of issue but it will be the last time I go to it.

Disgusting . There was a roach, bug in my food. I sadly didn’t notice until I got into my second entree on the plate order. Look at the pictures and video . They helped me quickly, didn’t get me a hard time when I explained what the situation was. Come here if you want to. I’ll never be here again . This is such a low standard for food and should never happen.

Placed an order for a family meal, it was missing the Kung pao chicken, there's a sticker overlapping another one on top of a box. Called the store several times but phone rings and just says there's no one to take my call. I specifically asked if everything was inside and was told yes, I asked cause it's happened before. Very bad experience,
