Place my favorite food today I had a different experience. I weigh more than 10 minutes there was somebody ordered in too many packages of the food. I was still waiting with a patient after 15 minutes. Someone told me how can I serve you? I told her what I need and I was still on the line and then I couldn’t handle it 11 employee working. I asked her why you had to register. I know you have to stay and respect on the line. Can someone charge me so I can go to my work they said you have to stay in the line I said what’s a point with two register I don’t understand they didn’t response. I have to wait and that’s the reason I am giving these people only to star they don’t deserve the service. Today was really that’s bad.

I drove 30 minutes after work to this Panda Express, and this was honestly the most unprofessional experience I’ve had. They say they close at 12:30 AM, and I arrived at 11:20 PM — well before closing. I walked up to the door and the employees literally looked right at me and then went back to being on their phones, completely ignoring me. I even called, and they answered with “what’s the issue?” and told me the manager wasn’t available. They also said dining closes at 12, which still gave them over an hour and twenty minutes before closing. There was absolutely no reason to ignore a customer like that. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and disappointing. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Big Shout out to Karla, thank you for your swift service, attentiveness, and overall awesome work. Karla was quick to greet us upon entering, took our order with great care, and took on an insane rush after taking our order. We were very happy with our experience here but I was very sad to know they don’t take tips! 🥲 if you come here, be kind because there’s great people that work here who all deserve raises

Worst customer service. My plate was missing an item. Not a small portion. Zero.

Corporate customer service was the worst I've ever received but, coming here and seeing their average rating is 2 starts, it makes perfect sense. They do not care about their service or satisfaction.

I don't often eat here and this day reminded me as to why. Food was mediocre. Orange chicken taste like ketchup, forgot my grilled chicken on my plate all together, steak texture was sponge like. Line prep food server had no clue as to what was going on as my husband tried to get his missing item from his meal. Restroom was clean, but the soda fountain was out of service, so only lemonade, tea and ice was avaliable. Trash bins needed to be emptied. Overall the place was mediocre at best. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Went in to order at 11:15 pm they told me that they didn't have what I wanted so I asked what they had and they said nothing because they were ready to close ..mind you they are supposed to be open until midnight. I then asked if they had just white rice and they said there wasn't any.. person had a really bad attitude. This is the second time they've done this to me!

After going to Panda just a few times you get a certain expectation of how your visit will go. That did not happen on my last trip. The person scooping meals didn't understand or speak English, which turns this into a point joint. She lied about how long good had been sitting and then didn't even fill the boxes on three meals. I had a couple premium items and got even less of those. Overall old food, which I was told was only 3 or 4 minutes old, 3/4 filled boxes and $50 for three meals (no drinks) is very disappointing. I'll try a different Panda and avoid this one moving on.

Although this Panda Express is the closest to my house, I always avoid it because this is the restaurant where they serve the smallest portions in all of San Diego too.

They always serve portions at least 1/4 less than you would get at another panda expo so I always avoid and never recommend this one.

Also, parking is terrible here and they are super slow, especially through the drive through.

If you really want Panda Express go to the next closest one and it should be better than this one.

Food is good service is good, only issue I have is that they mess up my order multiple times in the drive thru. Not a complicated order.

I just had one of the best fast food experiences of my life at Panda Express! The staff were super friendly and attentive, the service was lightning-fast, and the food was absolutely delicious. I went with the classic Orange Chicken, and it did not disappoint - the flavors were bold, the chicken was perfectly cooked, and the portion size was generous. The atmosphere was clean and modern, making it a great spot for a quick lunch or dinner. I've been to Panda Express before, but this location really stood out. Highly recommend stopping by and trying the Orange Chicken (and maybe some of the Super Greens on the side, trust me on that one)! Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could!

Came here after Sesame Place to feed the kids before going to SeaWorld. The parking lot was very crowded. There was no fried rice. The lady was rude and very skimpy on the portions. Somehow 1 of our bowls got mixed up and we got the wrong thing. There was hair in my honey walnut shrimp. The hot orange chicken had good flavor. After eating I got a headache and felt ill. I threw up at seaworld. I tried to last for the kids. I was sick the entire drive home and threw up twice more. I've never eaten at this location and never will again.
