I've been coming to Panda Express since I was in high school circa 2000's. The chow mein and fried rice used to be really good. This last visit they both tasted subpar. The fried rice tasted old and like cardboard. The chow mein was a little on the hard side which is different but also flavorless. The reason for the 3 stars is really the low quality of the utensils. When you're eating you don't expect to start eating pieces of plastic but that's just...
Food was great but the drive thru rep was a little distracted. Asked for condiments by name and got something else. Rice a little dry.
