I like their food, but this place I go to they always don't have what I like and they take a long time, this time I had to wait a little more than 15 minutes for the food to be ready, my personal opinion is why do they wait for for the meal to finish so we can cook the next one?

What’s the point of online orders if this location doesn’t honor estimated pick up times. I get a few minutes more but 25?! Multiple people waiting for their online orders. If I would have known, I would have waited in the que.

They don't close down early and they keep the food coming . Once in a while they don't have something ready but they will let you wait because it's usually being prepared . Friendly staff but they stay busy.

I ordered 3 two-item plates on the app and I asked for hot sauce and hot mustard. Its on my receipt and my bag is closed so I assumed they put it in. I get home... nothing. No sauces. How hard can it be to correctly fulfill an order correctly? It hasnt only happened once, they ALWAYS forget to put in the sauces. Also, one of the plates was for double teriyaki chicken and it had less chicken than a plate with just one order of chicken. I hate this location.
