They don't close down early and they keep the food coming . Once in a while they don't have something ready but they will let you wait because it's usually being prepared . Friendly staff but they stay busy.

I ordered 3 two-item plates on the app and I asked for hot sauce and hot mustard. Its on my receipt and my bag is closed so I assumed they put it in. I get home... nothing. No sauces. How hard can it be to correctly fulfill an order correctly? It hasnt only happened once, they ALWAYS forget to put in the sauces. Also, one of the plates was for double teriyaki chicken and it had less chicken than a plate with just one order of chicken. I hate this location.

By far the worst panda Express I've ever been to, I had a bad experience at another panda expres, so for years did not go to panda, during Christmas I got a gif card, so since I now live out in Chula vista, I decided to give a try, wrooonngggg, customer service is ok at best, first time I tried it, the chow mein was under cooked, I said ok, but next time i ordered at 8:10 on line they said it would be ready at 8:30, i make it a habit not to go in a store or restaurant to order 30 minutes before closing, but by the time I got there all was cleaned out, they said my order wasnt ready because they were cooking my saides kung pao chicken and brocoli and beef, with fry rice, they packed my order when I got to work, they serve me white rice, the chicken looked like they sauteed the chichen, and drizzled it with souce was missing all the vegetables, the same with the brocolli beef, the brocolli was literally raw, and obviously I'm never eating at panda Express EVEEERRR, by far the Filipino food across the street is 100% way better, I filed a formal complain to the company, and ask me if they ever responded yet? And this was 2 weeks ago, any way I'm only reviewing this location in particular

I just wanted to say that, the store manger at this location is incredibly rude to her staff. in front of guest. i think her name is Yolanda she had blond hair. but she was very mean to her team and threaten to fire one of them loudly. in front of the guest this happened on 12/9. food was good, like always. the manager needs to do better and treat her employees with respect.

I ordered the 3 item combo. The 3 entrees are orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and beijing beef. I received 6 pieces of orange chicken and 5 strips of teriyaki chicken from a small chicken breast. The portion is really getting less and less.I know the business customer service team can read my posts. Nothing is being done to change this.
