I got a delivery my delivery driver said they didn’t receive the order on their computers even though there was a receipt. They refused to make my order and said I had to call I called 6 times and they never answered.

Always takes forever to get a pick up order, waited at least 2 hrs for a meal. All the kids were hungry I had to just cancel my order and find else where to go. Never again this is this 3rd time they’ve done this. I should’ve known better but I always give them a chance only for them to disappoint. I would give them a zero star if I could. 😑

Food is always pretty consistently good here, but the staff were also great. I think their names were Carlos and Larissa. You don’t normally get that type of customer service these days.

I know its a fast food restaurant, but I do expect a little beef (at minimum) to come with my broccoli. Every time i've ordered this entree from this location, its all broccoli and no beef.
We go for the food quality of protein choices: teriyaki chicken, broccoli beef, super greens and white rice. How their white rice has protein in it, I'm still unsure, but I'll take it!
They don't put soy sauce or siracha packets ..portions are a rip off

I frequently order online from here, but every time I come to pick up my order, I have to wait for about half an hour. The other day, I waited another half hour for my food. There was a manager dressed in black who was instructing the staff to take care of the customers inside. I ended up getting my food very late. Please find a solution to this issue. I really like this place and order food from here regularly, but the wait times are becoming a problem.
