The staff is extremely polite and welcoming. The coffee is very good and enjoyable. The place is spacious, clean, and has a premium feel. There is a nice outdoor seating area, and the interior is quite large and comfortable. Restrooms are clean, parking is not an issue, and overall it’s a very pleasant place that I would definitely recommend.

I ordered an item specifically because the menu does not list mayo. When I received it, it clearly had mayo on it.
I took it back and was told it “wasn’t mayo,” only a garlic drizzle. After checking more carefully, it had both the drizzle and mayo.
Staff then claimed the menu says the item includes mayo. I rechecked the menu, and it does not.
They remade the sandwich, but it appeared the same bread was reused and simply wiped instead of using new bread, since the mayo taste was still there. This is poor customer service and not how food issues should be handled.
Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Food was good. Hot coffee was cold. When we told the manager he said to put it in the microwave instead of brewing a fresh pot. We should've gotten a refund. Instead, we paid for coffee that we never drank. Poor customer service from manager.

If I could give this Panera a 0 I would. I’m not from around this area and decided to stop here for something quick. This is the dirtiest and rudest Panera I have ever been too. When I walked in I was standing at the counter for about 5 minutes and no one walked up to say anything even though there were multiple employees standing around and saw me and my family waiting. We ended up using the self service to order our food. Walked over to the dining room area to find trash all over the floor and tables dirty. For the 30-40 minutes we were here not one employee came around to pick up and mind you it was extremely slow. Went to the restroom and an employee came out of the stall while I was washing my hands and walked out without washing her hands. Once we got our food our Macaroni and Cheese was cold. So disappointed and grossed out.

Ordered a kids meal with apple, I was asked if we wanted the apple cut into slices. We get home and open the container to find OLD brown apples! The cashier was nice and friendly, guy in the back was meh 😑 tables were clean, the agave lemonade tasted old and mixed with orange juice or something else it was not good.

Can’t go wrong with Panera! Their soups are perfect for this time of year and I can’t get enough of their bread. I also love that this location has really friendly service as well
We stopped on our way home from my surgery and ordered 2 bread bowl chicken noodle soups. We got home almost 20 minutes away and they had given us 2 tomato soups instead of chicken noodle. I spoke to a lady on the phone who was slightly rude and unapologetic. Instead of apologizing she tried to argue that my husband did not even order bread bowls when it is right on the receipt. My husband had to make a nearly 40 minute round trip to go back for chicken noodle soup as neither of us eat tomato soup. They didn’t apologize or do anything to make it right aside from giving the chicken noodle soup. Such crappy customer service..
