I went with my family to this Panera in Chula Vista on March 27th around 11 am. My sister and I ordered a bacon turkey sandwich, took two bites, and then realized there was no bacon. We went to tell the cashier and brought both plates for them to check. The young woman in charge checked my sandwich and saw that, indeed, they hadn't added the bacon. She left and returned with two cups of bacon, one clearly having much more than the other. She gave me the larger portion, saying, 'This one is for your full sandwich, and the other one is for her, since hers has only half a sandwich.' My sister raised her plate to show her that her sandwich was almost full. Even if we had eaten the whole sandwich, she should've given us the bacon portion we paid for. We stood there not knowing what to say, we were honestly in shock. We also ordered a hot chocolate, which was JUST hot milk with whipped cream, and the cup was almost empty. The woman at the table next to us ordered the same and was given nearly triple the amount. It was the worst service I have ever received in the United States in my life.
Decent Panera. Food came out quickly and was as ordered. The restaurant was clean. No complaints.

Once again this place can't differentiate a piece of bread from chips, always order side of bread and receive chips. Don't know if anyone can guess what I ordered from the picture I just posted..it's a tomato basil BLT....with one of the main ingredients missing unless the T in BLT no longer stands for TOMATO....last time I throw away money here

The most dirtiest Panera I have ever stepped foot into. I rarely visit a Panera but was craving a tomato soup. Walked through the entire dining area and every single table was dirty. It wasn’t welcoming and you could tell it hasn’t been cleaned in hours. It’s 7:00pm on a Sunday and place is slow, place looked fully staffed and employees were chatting and rather than making use of time and cleaning up tables they rather have every table dirty and trash on the ground laying around. Sat down for 20 minutes while I waited for my friend to come over and have us go to another place, no table was ever picked up. Disgusting. Walked out. Can’t imagine how the kitchen is inside or if they fully even disinfect or clean the dishes fully. This place should get audited.
