Foods okay- this Panera is notorious for forgetting things (main dishes). Because of this I can't trust doordash for this one-have to pickup myself.

Tomato Soup and Avocado BLT is always a good option! Ask for an extra of chipotle mayo. It tastes really good!

Every time I come here the food and service are so bad, I swear I’ll never return. But after a few months I decide to give them another try and I instantly regret it. Tonight I got home with my order and it was missing a chicken noodle soup and spoons. So I drive back to the store to pick up my soup and then I find out the entire store is out of plastic spoons. Quality and taste are always below average here. One time at this location I ordered a summer corn chowder soup and was given something that looked like gray mushroom gravy and tasted like mush. When I took it back, the manager told me that it actually was the summer corn chowder and sometimes they use different ingredients when they run out of the regular ingredients!! I didn’t return for a year after hearing that. I will give this location another try in 12 months.

the female manager with black hair working this shift should be FIRED! I bought 2 soups with sides of bread. The bread was cold and hard so I kindly asked if they could toast the first bread for my dad.. manager looked annoyed
When the second soup came out, again I asked if they can toast the bread since again its cold and hard. She didnt look at me and gave an annoyed look. so when it came out burnt. I asked the cashier if they could replace the bread but with a toasted bread thats not burnt. thats the manager told her that I would have to pay for a side of bread.
"but she burnt it" I said
I asked the manager what her name was and she was full blown attitude at this point and said she didnt want to give it and that I was being rude. Told me I dont need to come back to the counter that the cashier would bring it out with an attitude. I never was rude I just asked if they could toast the bread? I'm confused
The panera I frequent off Balboa Ave always serves warm bread with their food.And I didnt think it would be a problem to ask for this? The manager here clearly does NOT like to service people or accommodate paying customers. she was completely rude and dismissive over me asking for them to toast bread.. this is ridiculous

Came here on a Sunday morning, 01/26/2025 to grab a bagel and a coffee and … no coffee available because the coffee machine is out of service. This is what I’d expect in a 3rd world country : (

Broccoli Soup and Ciabatta Cheesesteak were delicious! The self-ordering screens worked perfectly and all the personnel were really nice! The atmosphere was very calm, and overall I had a wonderful experience ☺️

A manger by the name Jennifer was rude, inconsiderate. When the french onion soup tased worse than a canned soup, I requested her who was in the kitchen to add a little bit of cheese, she said NO and then when I was ready to return the meal she said pay extra $3 for a spoon (according to her that’s how she measure) of cheese. I paid as I couldn’t consume the soup that was so bland . If she is the manager I feel for the people who work under her and the unfortunate customer like me who has to deal with her service based her mood swings. Really disappointed.

This morning I went to the Panera Bread on Birch to order a very simple bagel with cream cheese and add bacon. Something I’ve done several times before. But, all of a sudden their “system” wouldn’t allow it anymore. And, in order to do it they would have to charge me for two sandwiches just to get the bacon from it. Einstein Bros. had zero problems accommodating. Do better! There’s too much competition to be this lazy!

Ordered a large plate of Sandwiches for a family gathering. Sandwiches were slapped together chicken on outside of the sandwich. Disgusting! Never again! This was the first time we've ordered from here. Never Ever Again!
