Food was not good. We ordered a platter to share and the chimichangas had a weird smell and taste. Like they've been frozen for a while. Freezer smell/taste. Drinks were ok. The atmosphere was nice! Great live music

Just moved to Otay Ranch and was looking for a good Mexican food restaurant for my birthday. This place did not disappoint. The food and service were awesome. The tortilla chips were not the best I have had, but the courses and sides were fantastic and our server was very friendly

The staff are super friendly I had the surf and turf burrito and it was amazing. I highly suggest getting the surf and turf burrito if you go. They also have sports on when you come in on a few TVs.

Food was delicious! And a big portion! it was nice weather to sit on patio and enjoy the Natural Lemonaid! (My favorite! Why don't more places have it!?)

We just had dinner there as a family and it was excellent. I had the arracherra, my wife had the chimichanga and my daughter had a quesadilla. All of them had excellent flavor and the serving sizes were very generous. We will definitely return and recommend to others.

Small quaint Mexican restaurant with absolutely mouth watering food. Attentive bar tender. Food was served quickly (it wasn't busy when I arrived). This place is a must visit. Food presentation and quality was FANTASTIC!

We visited Papagayos recently for breakfast . I can say that the food was good and service very good. What brings the score down is the prices. Prices are way to high. I can get our same breakfast for around 30%+ somewhere else.

Not impressed! Ordered Carne Asada on a salad. Meat was tough, chewey, not much flavor. VERY SMALL portions. $20 and still hungry. Asked for mild salsa... just as spicey as other. AND... servers and bartender keep pulling their phones out then touching food/drinks. GROSS.
