Absolutely sucks because of the 2 girl servers on Sunday, you don’t even know if they are servers or what they made me wait 15 mins for one drink. Don’t advise anyone go to this branch you better find a bit further but with respectfull staff

Food used to be a lot better and cheaper before these new owners took over. Now its very bad good and not worth the price got a large to go bowl, got home, this is not a large this is a small bowl. I think they rob you if you order to go. I have never been so disappointed in spending my money on this trash.

I’ve been coming to this place for years and the food has always been good. My issue is this restaurant fails to hire competent staff. Every staff will see you stand by the desk and walk away without acknowledgment. The phone rings and no one picks it up, in fact they silence it when the restaurant isn’t even busy. I was dining in and both servers walked by the dirty table next to me and didn’t bother to clean it up. The service could be worked on by everyone.

On Sunday afternoon, September 15, I placed my order by phone as usual. When I arrived at the restaurant the waitress totally ignored us, I just went to pick up my order, I left a good tip. When I got home the order was incomplete, I called back to tell them of their mistake, the cashier in charge didn't know what to tell me. very bad service
Had the filet and back rib pho. It was pretty good. Service was great

Friendly and helpful staff with a delicious pho and wings.
Friends get together to enjoy ourselves with good conversation and great food. I get a kick out of the futuristic serving device that makes me think of the old TV Cartoon program, the Jetsons.

Only gave it a 1 bc there is no negative score. The staff is oblivious. I had to ask for items 3-4 times. We are the first table at 1130am. My soup had a paper Doyle in it. Horrible service and dirty food. The robot has no function but it’s smarter than the staff that work there on a Monday.

Paid additional $2 for meatball in my pho and there was probably less than 1 small meatball cut into fourths in there. Steak wasn’t rare when received as it usually is. Place was quiet on a week day around noon.
I prefer the Cajon Blvd location but went to this Broadway location because of a gift card which stated it’s only for use in the Chula Vista and Santee locations…well turns out they couldn’t get my gift card to work. She said the card number was too long. I looked up the card balance online and it was full balance but she had asked for a different form of payment and I was in a hurry after waiting for a while for my receipt to go. Something tells me she typed it in wrong (it’s a pretty long number). Left feeling bummed at the end because I only went all the way over there to use my gift card.

This place is good I’ve gotten their food both in restaurant and take out. They have those robots that bring you the pho table side but don’t worry humans still assist you with ordering etc. pho, crunchy and regular spring rolls are great. I’m usually picky about peanut sauce and theirs is very good with the crunchy peanuts on top. Even when it’s busy usually you won’t wait too long before they seat you and it won’t be too long for ordering/food. Side note: if you’re ordering to go just make sure you ask for utensils, sauces you’d like to make sure they’re included with your order.
Dietary restrictions: Just let the waiter know and they’ll recommend
Parking: They have a designated parking lot. Like I said people come and go so I’ve never experienced parking as an issue

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a handicap ramp to get into restaurant
