Probably my least favorite of the Pho Ca Dao locations. Still good food the place just felt different from the other spots. IMO their best spots are Poway and Rancho B.

We got 2 orders of pho to go, and once we eating we saw there was little flies (probably fruit flies) in our pho. Not sure if they came from the bag of veggies, either way not something you want to see while eating. I have pictures too. The veggies didn't look too fresh, but we checked after the fact

horrible experience from this place!!!! i've been a regular customer for a long time but all of a sudden the service went bad i don't know if the guy that's working there today 12/20/2024 is new , he is very rude! bad customer service!!! he even tried to
flip the story that i am the one that is rude when all i just did is call and make sure that they follow the special instructions for my order cause i ordered through doordash!!! cause it's been how many times they are not following it!! today he said if i ask for
extra condiments i have to
pay extra!!!!! and i asked him how can i do that cause the order is already placed and he said i should've done it before i placed the order which doesn't make any sense!!!! cause there is no
option there to buy extra condiments!!! i asked for extra lemon and he said they only give 1 small piece of it like a quarter of a lemon per order of pho!!!!!!! i really felt disrespected from his rudeness and the way he talked to
me on the phone so i went to the restaurant to
look for the manager and he said he is the manager with an attitude even going as far as moving his head around i asked if i can speak
to his superior or the owner and he just keeps on talking rude to me!!! embarrassed me in the restaurant with people in there!! and just walked out on me and said he doesn't wanna talk to
me!!!!!and nobody will
talk to me!!!!!!!and guess what !! when i was about to
eat my pho when i put the broth to
the container with meat and noodles the container is leaking!! i wonder if that is a coincidence or he did something to my order?!!!!

Absolutely sucks because of the 2 girl servers on Sunday, you don’t even know if they are servers or what they made me wait 15 mins for one drink. Don’t advise anyone go to this branch you better find a bit further but with respectfull staff

Food used to be a lot better and cheaper before these new owners took over. Now its very bad good and not worth the price got a large to go bowl, got home, this is not a large this is a small bowl. I think they rob you if you order to go. I have never been so disappointed in spending my money on this trash.

I’ve been coming to this place for years and the food has always been good. My issue is this restaurant fails to hire competent staff. Every staff will see you stand by the desk and walk away without acknowledgment. The phone rings and no one picks it up, in fact they silence it when the restaurant isn’t even busy. I was dining in and both servers walked by the dirty table next to me and didn’t bother to clean it up. The service could be worked on by everyone.

I had a really bad experience with this place the food is good but the customer service is terrible I placed a order over the phone and when I got there it was not ready so I ordered it in person but the one in charge didn’t even understand me to place the order
On Sunday afternoon, September 15, I placed my order by phone as usual. When I arrived at the restaurant the waitress totally ignored us, I just went to pick up my order, I left a good tip. When I got home the order was incomplete, I called back to tell them of their mistake, the cashier in charge didn't know what to tell me. very bad service
Had the filet and back rib pho. It was pretty good. Service was great
