I had my only day off with my fam, we ordered online, we received cold food, and they missed an order but they charged us. We called them and they said they did not received the order that PizH can not do nothing for re-delivery. Wow this is very disappointing, you customer-service and the manager Ricardo cannot handle a simple re-delivery.

I ordered a hand toast pizza and it's like thin n crispy .I call the store and they said they gonna replace a new one but i got the same . I showed it to the delivery boy he said it's hand toast .I don't know if the pizza dough something wrong or its just really like that , I know its different and there is something wrong..
