I had the worst pizzas ever from this place It was literally so bad I feel like I will never get Pizza

This is the first time I ordered a pizza from this place and it was very good. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza just to try, and I can tell this is the best pizza I've tried in comparison to other fast food chains. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I had to wait for over 20 minutes for my pizza to be ready.

Ordered 1 Large pizza, they told me it’ll take 15 minutes which is fair. After 30 minutes I double checked and they said it was almost done. after 40 minutes I checked again and guess what. They said they lost the pizza and that they have to remake it. ? If you wanna wait over an hour for 1 pizza come here.

went in for a simple order. just one pizza. Apparently it takes "20 minutes" to make a pizza. We'd ask the cashier what's the status and it was like it was 20 minutes, 20 minutes ago. Pizza was warm in the box, as if it was actually done at a decent time but they said to not pack it just yet and have people wait. Also, change the decor. looks like it's been stuck decades ago.
Nobody out pizzas the hut? except pretty much everything else.

If there would have been 10 star rating for service I would of totally gave them a 10 so I work 14 hrs a day with Hospice patients and I am at work today and I have heard my clients wife say in the past how when ever they order food it's always what ever the husband wants cuz he's the one that is sick and how one of these days he's gonna agree to order pizza cuz she likes pizza and he don't so that has been in my mind so I thought to myself today is her day so I ordered pizza lg supreme pizza with bread sticks and marinara sauce soda Uber eats was suppose to have delivered by 2:12 I even gave them till 2:43 and my order wasn't here I look iny tracker thing and he fricken cancelled my damn order so I call pizza hut talked to the manager and explained everything to him and told him how disappointed I was with their delivery service so he refunded my money re made my food and sent.it out with a reliable driver to deliver it. THANKS PIZZA HUT U ROCK

delievery man started banging on my door real loud,i said leaveon porch he stormed out yard takling the pepsi i ordered with him.I ask wife did you tip,she said gave 8 dollar delievry fee. so it looks like if you dont pay 8 dollar fee plus 5 tip you get terrised.885 h street chula visia 10:26 pm.heidi
Service was impeccable!!! My drink was forgotten and my driver(I’m so sorry I can’t give credit I didn’t get his name) went out of his way to go to the 7/11 to get a drink for me: if I could give more then 5 starts I would. Definitely made my night! What an amazing guy! 10/10
I was so upset one on my pizza wasn't event pan like I asked the crust wasn't fully cooked and the topping had slid off half the pizza the wings container and donut container looked punched in luckily the other 2 pizzas were fine we ate our dinner we were hungry but I had to say something because I just couldn't belive what I was looking at this store is normally awsome but I could let this go. I have picures but the reviews system doesn't give me the option to post them ?

I called restaurant number and off course it's off shore. The operator of course spoke very poor English I verified with him it was this specific location which he confirmed. I get here and no pizza or orders. Wasted 20 minutes as I'm going into work. To be clear, the restaurant quickly got to work on my order and did everything to make it right.
