Slooooooooooooow service. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to make a drink when it’s just me and another person in the store. I ordered before the guy and he got his drink before me. I asked where my drink is and all I get is “….riiiight?”

Horrible experience here. My wife and I went in and bought one tea, and they charged my credit card $57.78. I have gone into the store three times, and one of the workers there said they were having a problem with the “tip button” in their system. It’s been three weeks, and they have not yet refunded the money.
All I can say is if you do go here, make sure you check your statement for the appropriate amount charged- It’s a bad business practice, and the communication afterwards shows no desire to make it right.
I always like to support small businesses , but ethical ones.

I gave 1$ tip and paid 1$ in addition for boba. They hardly put any boba in the drink. Also the taste and portion size vs what you pay for is not good. I recommend you choose another place for getting drinks. This place is overrated.

I bought two cups of brown sugar boba milk for $12.90 the costumer service was a man and I said to him can you put extra boba, he said I can't you have to pay $2 more, I said ok I don't want to and when I got the receipt I was surprised that he took a tip without me knowing $1.94 and I went back to ask him why did you take the tip without giving it to you and he said I don't know maybe there was a mistake, to knowing that I every week buying a brown sugar boba milk for my kids from here and this is first time I got this thing

Inconsistent flavoring sometimes it'll be too sweet and sometimes it'll be basically water for the same drink. Don't they don't all follow the same recipe?

I ordered a very basic Honey green tea with coconut jelly today and it was the worst milk tea I've ever had. The tea was so bitter that I gave up drinking any more after just one or two sips. I paid more than $7, but it was a waste of money. I think I'll know what it's like even if I don't drink anything else, so I won't go here anymore and I'll tell my friends about it. Please take care to make the drink so that it feels worth it.

The order was messed up when we picked it up. They were staring at my husband the entire time they re-made it, which made him feel like they were going to do something to it. The actual drinks were trash. The vietnamese coffee was milk, no coffee flavor at all. If you drink vietnamese coffee, you know it's strong, it tasted like watery milk. Would not recommend.

We had been ordering tea almost everyday after school. Today was the Fourth Time we entered the store and quickly realized the rap music ? being played was disgusting ! Every dirty word you can imagine INCLUDING the "N" word was blasting through the speakers. I asked for the owner and was told they are not here. Next a young asian woman came out from the back and told me to get out or she was calling Security ! I told her go right ahead and call Im waiting for my order. We then walked over to the Otay Ranch Leasing Office and reported to them what my 10 year old was listening to while we were waiting for our tea !We will never ever go back ! What is wrong with our World !

Employees don't know the menu, can't tell you what has caffeine or no caffeine. Didn't know if yakult drinks contain tea. I ordered a drink with no sugar and got a drink with no ice and was very sweet. They did not offer to remake it. Please train your employees better. Paid for a drink that I couldn't drink.
